My wife and I came here on Thursday, January 21. It had snowed the day before and there werent very many people out and about that night. We walked in a few minutes before 7:40 PM and were immediately sat at a table. We started looking at the menu and choosing which sauces we wanted on our wings. By 7:41 no one had been to our table to get drinks or anything. I noted the time just to see how long it would take for someone to come to the table. By 7:48, after watching 5 employees either stand around talking or do something that didnt involve interacting with customers. We decided to leave. Its ridiculous for it to take 10 minutes for someone to make an initial visit to a table on a slow night. We were in view of the hostess and another 5 employees without drinks, making eye contact and still no one came. We had been here before and the service wasnt great, but had come back anyway. After this experience we wont be back. We went across the street to Texas Roadhouse and got great service from their staff. Skip this BWW and just go there instead.

We went last night on our vacation. The girl who sit us asked bar or dining. We sat in the dining. . It was filthy. And Im not kidding our table was not even wiped down and trash all over the floor. I laughed and said are you serious? And she just smirked and walked away. So then our waitress comes up and apologizes and says she will get it cleaned up. Well that didnt happen for 15 mins. Then the floor still needed vacuumed. We didnt get forks with our meal until I searched for a waitress and asked. Then I was drinking my water (no lemon in it) and somehow got a lemon seed in my mouth. I about gagged. Made me wonder if it was recycled. I couldnt eat after that I was just sick to my stomach. If an inspector would have came they would have failed.

My wife and I have been here in the past we quit going because the service was horrible so we tried it again today and again the service failed miserably I had the hottest wings on the menu my wife had the Wild Wings on the menu our server only came by one time and asked if we needed anything the whole time we were there she stood at the end of the bar and was on her cell phone now eating the hottest Wings in the place you would think somebody would check on you no they failed again we are locals here and I promise you we will never return there again and we were actually set to come in Saturday with a group of eight to do your hot wing challenge but that will not be happening now a very huge disappointment for customer service

The only reason why they got a one star was because I had to...we waited 20 minutes before I had to get up and ask another waiter who was our assigned to our seating area. The guy that was assigned to us passed the table about 10Xs and never said anything. The other waiter brought out our beverages and we waited another 10minutes before my husband got upset and went to get the manager. The place was nearly empty at that. She apologizes but it took her another 10minutes to get there because they couldnt find her. The service was horrible, I cant rate the food because we didnt have a chance to have any! Happy eating

Visted this location while on vacation. Ordered food for the family by phone. When I arrived I was greeted by nice young lady at the counter, she went to get my order, so I asked was all my order in the bag , she assured me yes. I return to my hotel only to find out we where short a few items. So one more trip I go , to get the rest of my order. The manager on duty apologized for the shortage of food, she fixed the problem and comp me a things in return. I do appreciate the comps , but would had liked the order right the first time. Who likes inconvenient.

I ordered a Margarita. I let our server know it tasted like there wasnt any patron in it. She then argued that she watched the bartender put alcohol in it, but she would bring me a shot. I got my bill and of course I was charged for a drink with no alcohol, plus a charge for a shot, and she had the nerve to ask if Id like change out of my $20. I likely would have left the entire $20 if she would have only charged me for the margarita. She short changed herself just because she felt she had to be right.

Let me start by saying I am a local. Always go to the patio yes Im a smoker. Went to watch my favorite team with 4 friends and find out its now no smoking on a open patio. We left went up the street and when we left there including tip we had spent over 500.00 dollars. And their food was just as good. A d the service was great. May not matter to corporate at Buffalo Wild Wings but I will go up the street as well as my friends.

Like other BWWs, its freezing in here. Maybe they do that for their staff. The food is what you expect, but I didnt like 2 things....a waitress sitting at a table talking with customer for more than 1 minute, and the fact that they wont change a TV channel for you until a certain time. They have so many friggin TVs, any paying customer should be allowed to watch whatever they want on one of the smaller ones.

Came in on June 29, 2016 and was sat at a high top in the bar area and waited while 3 songs played over the speakers before I realized not one server came over to my table to even greet me and my friend who was dining with me. I sat for another minute before I just decided to leave.....to make it worst....they werent even busy....AT ALL...it was around 10pm on a Wednesday night!

We used to eat here every Sunday. Our family of 7 + friends was always a good sale for them. Back in january we waited over 1 hour and 32 minutes to get our food. Not counting the 15 minutes it took to get the waitresses to take our order. I complained to management and got our cold order and a sorry. We have not been back since and doubt if we ever will.

Would never dine there again. Hostesses were very rude and kept saying "Im on break" while our group was waiting to be seated, loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. The manager also heard them. Those hostesses should find another career path because obviously hosting is not for them. Holly and Jason, you guys rock!! They did an excellent job.

I love wings. Have been a regular customer here. some of the wait staffs pants are hanging down with their underwear hanging out. I let the manager know nicely that this is offensive to me and I was completely stonewalled and ignored as if this was perfectly normal. They just lost a once a week local customer.

27 minutes before I got my first beer. Right around 30% occupancy. Ate my wings and side before the establishment could be bothered to get my drink. Apparently the bartender was doing something else according to the waitress. Unlikely I will return. O and I got charged for the carrots that come standard.
