I order from here fairly often, I only pick one flavor (BB) and 95% of the time is is cooked fine, rarely it is over cooked but not by much if so, again I eat here often so that is bound to happen. However when they do mess up, they ALWAYS fix the issue and never question you like you like other places with bad employees do. These types of places are always hiring and having high turnover so I expect things to go wrong, but their 100% customer satisfaction type of attitude keeps me coming back, of course the free stuff they mail you every so often out of the blue is nice too, i got 6 very nice cups and a few other items, but it is mainly their effort to right their wrongs, that keeps me around. Edited 8/12/17 They are still a DECENT (not good) place to eat but their wing quality has gone down a lot. They say they switched providers but clearly they downgraded, yet raised prices by 20%-30%. Havent ordered from them in awhile as it just isnt worth it anymore. Sad to see them bottom out.

Aside from the food being horrible and cold, Ive heard from multiple sources that the owners allow a homeless guy to lounge around in the back. They also said from time to time the employees would pay the dude pocket change to do their work...and sometimes that includes making your food. They would apparently allow him to pick at food off the makeline without gloves or washing his hands. Ive heard this from roughly 4 people who use to work at this location. I guess its also not uncommon at the other locations as well. But the food itself is so bad you dont need a disgusting story to stop you from eating here. Apparently the owners are muslim and their excuse for allowing the homeless people in and out is because of their culture.

The best wings in the world it is better than buffalo wild wings and when i got in the store they are very friendly and very very delicious wings they all wear hats and they wear gloves very fresh food and the store is clean the manager is so so nice the best manager in the world he is nice and he has a son who is cute and very nice to assist me THANK YOU WINGZONE MANAGER the best he takes care of everything the food are not cold and always fresh. The grill chiken is so juicy aswell as the boneless it like that i want to eat wingzone every day keep it up wing zone employees. Thumbs up aswell 5 STARS for the manager and the employees

Absolutely great wings ... love the bone in wings with spicy bar-b-q flavor myself but the family tends to order boneless with a slew of other flavors and everyone seems to like theirs as much as I like mine. Dont ever change the way youre doing the wings guys ... thumbs up all the way. Now, that said; I really like my celery and blue cheese on the side and its getting a bit frustrating that it is forgotten nearly half the time. I do love my wings so this might easily have been 5 stars if not for the little slip before getting out the door for the delivery.

Some of the best wings Ive ever had. Their hot sauce is juicy and delicious. Their burgers are huge and rich-flavored. Plus, you can ask them to put any wing sauce on the burger (I recommend garlic parm). Ive never eaten there, but delivery is fast. On the phone, they sound like theyre always busy and just want to get it over with, but I like that; makes the ordering process go by fast, without heaving every special and promotional offer they have.

Usually amazing. Its great food. But now the last 3 times weve ordered from them they have forgot most of our food, weve been missing food then random boxes of food from another order will be in there. Weve called muiltple times and they would put us in hold.. Its just annoying at this point. Then when we call and ask for our food it takes them 30-40 minutes to get here. We live 5 mins away..

Im giving it one star because I found a giant hair in my burger when I was eating it, I have never been so disgusted with a meal than from the last one I had here. I have had it before and it was okay, it;s never warm if you have it delivered and I live barely over a quarter mile from this place. The management has still done nothing over 3 days after I have reported my terrible experience.

Great food, but tonight is the third order in a row where they messed up and didnt bring us everything. Whether it be wings or a side. Last time it was a 2 liter and it took them 40 minutes to bring it by from 5 minutes down the road. Check your food before the driver leaves and hope that they brought everything.

The service was fast but when I got the wings I was absolutely disguisted they were undercooked and chewy (like the kind you get for 2$ at the grocery) and the sauce tasted artificial. I had to throw them away both my friend and I couldnt even eat them they were so bad. But the fries were alright.

Wing Zone offered delivery in the worst snow storm of the year. They even said there goal was to deliver within an hour. I told them to be careful and take their time. Thank you so much. 5 Stars for 5 star attitude and service above par.

Guess the thing about being the only place that will deliver burgers means you can be exceptionally bad about getting orders right and timely, and have it considered acceptable. Not planing on ordering here again.

When you get good service its fine. Had a few times where they messed up our order or forgot an item but couldnt get a hold of the store to try to fix it. Just pretty hit or miss.
