I had a great experience here the other day, but today I had to cancel my order. I waited in line, looked behind the counter to see a trainer, Danny (I was informed of his name by the cashier), touching apple crisps on a baking sheet with his bare hands. Now mind you, prior to him entering the barker area he was sitting at a table near by, drinking out of a cup and speaking to the lady who I presumed is the hiring manger as she was by the "We are hiring computer." All the workers in the back had on plastic clear gloves besides this gentleman, Danny. After picking at the apple crisps, he went back out of the area (still did NOT bother wash his hands), sat at the table with the lady at the computer and coughed in his hands. As a provider, I urge all my patients, family and friends to wash their hands as this is the best way to prevent the spread of germs. I would hope Carlos Bakery has the same passion for prevention to their customers. Very disappointed, the donuts were delicious the other day.

Food was not good at all. They messed up my order. It was the first time we went, we were very excited to try things from Carlos Bakery, after i paid for my order and recieved everything we left. When we got home we realized our order was incomplete. We bought a dark chocolate mousse, it was paid for but they did not put it in our box. the Lobster tails were hard as a rock. Ive heard from some of my friends that the locations in NY and NJ are way better. This one in Atlanta needs a lot of work in its food.

Iv only been once so far the opening weekend and all of out pastries were great! Im a little sad we cannot order specialty cakes out of this location, but other than that, it will be my "go-to" bakery for cheat days. :) Every new business location has a few kinks to work out. I have full faith it will live up to the New Jersey location reputation.

I mean it was good but I wish they had other cakes. My mom loves the show so when I found out they had a bakery in Atlanta I thoughts it would be perfect to take her and get her a birthday cake while she was in town. The issue? They only sell 3 different cakes. I realize its a small location but they need better variety.

My boyfriend had a decent strawberry donut and i had a Apple turnover. I can say it was the best turnover Ive had but i wish that it was alittle warm. They are okay for just a stand but im sure the New Jersey location is way better. And the staff was friendly.

The staff was amazing .. very friendly.. even while they had many customers they took time to take a couple pictures together. The sweets are out of this world to say the least.. we will be back soon and suggest that everyone try Carlos at least one time..

Stale cupcake, napoleon was gross. Im someone with a huge sweet tooth, but not even I could finish the napoleon. How disappointing because Carlos Bakery has always been, in my eyes, the epitome of excellence in cakes and pastries.

Ive always watched this show on t.v. and I was very disappointed when I went to this location. I expected it to be delicious & fresh but it was nothing like I imagined. I will not be returning. Id probably rather go to Publix..
