Its Chinese style ramen for those who arent sure. If youre used to Japanese style, there is a significant difference in taste. For one thing I noticed is that Chinese style ramen uses many different ingredients and also the broth it self does not have as much sodium content compared to say tonkatsu style ramen. The restaurant itself is bigger than it appears on the inside. Decor is very Chinese inspired and there is plenty of seating arrangements available. The service is decent. The waiters dont come by as often as some places but this could just be because of the amount of people working there. It seem like our waiter was the only one. The menu is mostly noodle based with dry and wet noodles (noodles in broth). They serve rice dishes as well. Most of the options are based on Chinese cuisine. Honestly most of it tasted okay and I have had better at other Chinese restaurants. The best thing on the menu the only one I would recommend is the soup dumplings. Which are pork based and most flavorful of everything else on the menu. Definitely a must get if you go. Overall, this place is getting an average review due to the food which is just okay. Ive been to a few Chinese restaurants and this place as nice as it looks isnt quite there when it comes to the food itself. Still a decent place to eat but I wouldnt put it in my go to list for Chinese food.

Lets get the issue of the restaurants name out of the way first. Why use Ramen in your name when you are a Chinese hand cut lamian noodle restaurant? The general thought when you see the word Ramen is that you are going to a Japanese place. This set impressions on the wrong track during our first time there. To be fair, the noodles were firm, and the unique feature of the soup that is typical to similar Chinese restaurants. Had the service been better, I would have given a higher review, but sadly, as other reviewers pointed out, the service is not good. The restaurant failed to correctly communicate our order to the kitchen, so one person in our party got their food when the rest were already half way through with their meal. Obviously, the server did not follow-up when he delivered all but 1 meal to our table. It was tough getting the attention of any of the waitstaff to followup with the kitchen. And when the meal finally arrived, no amends were made, other than a hollow Sorry about that. We wont be back, and we will make sure to spread the word about Top Ramen .

My girlfriend and I decided to try this place on a whim. I was actually surprised when I sat down and discovered this wasnt a ramen joint, but a place that serves Taiwanese style food. I ordered the hand pulled beef noodle soup. And my girlfriend had the egg and tomato rice. Both were very very good and reminiscent of childhood comfort food. The soup could have had a bit more depth of flavor but overall was very good. The egg and tomato rice was dressed up with red onions and tasted just like moms used to. Service was a bit slow but friendly. Overall it was a very pleasant and tasty experience.

My fiancé and I stopped by here to try it out, great hand pulled noodles! The broth needed a little more flavor, otherwise they give great portions. I ordered the house special hand pulled noodles and it had a variety cuts meats and I couldnt finish it. We also ordered the pork buns and soup dumplings, in which both were good but the pork buns were amazing! Service was good for us. We got refills and the staff was friendly and helpful when we asked questions. Although, it wasnt busy at the time.

I came in the late afternoon, service was prompt and friendly. I ordered the beef tendon hand pulled noodle soup and steamed pork soup dumplings. Both were excellent tasting, served hot, and came to the table quickly. The noodles and dumplings were definitely made fresh in the restaurant. The menu has a wide variety to choose from and almost all of it is authentic Taiwan cuisine, you will find no general tsos chicken here.

Noodles here is authentic and of good quality. They offer daoxiao noodle that you cannot find anywhere in the great Atlanta area, not to my knowledge anyway. Daoxiao noodle is a type of noodle that originated from the Northwest region of China and its taste is pretty close to Japanese Udon noodle but different. The broth of the noodles and the starter cold dish are very yummy too.

This IS NOT A JAPANESE RAMEN HOUSE... Its more like a chines/Pho restaurant... When we arrived I asked for 3 different appetizers on their menu... They had none of them....I tried the beef hand pulled noodle "ramen" it was more like spaghetti. I didnt like the smell. But if you like pho style noodles masking as ramen. This is you place.

Food was very good. Food came quick and hot. The pork buns are really. I dont like the fact that drinks are in the can. Im glad they had rice noodles which are my favorite. When I got it to go, the portion was still large.

Very delicious hand-pulled noodles and dumplings. The restaurant is fairly clean. The service could be better. Ive noticed that the waiters always give you the tab even if youre clearly not done eating.

Average food but for this price range its expected. Noodles were flavorless. Some of the meat was cold. Everything was pre-made and combined with hot broth when ordered.
