My daughter is wanting to have her birthday at a laser tag place so we went around today to all of the businesses to check them out. We went to two others before we came here. They were both very busy, but the people there made time to talk to us and show us around so we could see if thats where we wanted to have her party. One place was extremely busy, but the workers were still very friendly. We walked into Laser Voyage Cafe and there were 3 ladies up at the desk. I explained to the one that was talking to me that we had never been there before, but we were thinking of having my daughters birthday party there. She handed me a sheet of paper with the website address on it. I didnt drive all the way there to get their website address. I had already visited their site. I asked if someone could show us around and she explained that she was "taking care" of 3 birthday parties. Im not sure what she was doing to "take care" of them, but the other 2 girls didnt seem to be doing anything. I thought her attitude stunk. Obviously, they didnt want our business. We would never have our daughters party at a place that couldnt take 5 minutes to let us look around. The other places we went were so friendly, no matter how busy they were. We will definitely be taking our party elsewhere.

My 2 boys and I live an hour away and we didnt want to head back our way from a previous engagement so we decided to stop here. Great decision! We were greeted by Yasmeen and she was the sole reason I decided to stay as long as I did. She was kind, the prices were reasonable but she accommodated us above and beyond. Her customer service was beyond professional, she was genuinely kind. Yes, it was a small place BUT it was neat, clean and not over-crowded. Jong was our laser tag guide, he was super nice. We had the entire laser tag room to ourselves, as the crowd had not arrived yet. Jong was very personable and helpful with my boys and their laser tag room was way better than some of the bigger places weve been. It was super fun, I wish they had more games but its a small place so couldnt expect more. Their laser maze was amazing. I wanted to do it again, I couldnt believe how much fun this place was. Its a cool spot for a few hours, with a few kids not necessarily a huge party.

The place is nicely decorated and clean, but that is where the positives end. The laser tag system is terrible for those that are competitive. The devices are unresponsive and the guns are terribly inaccurate due to poor design. The vest only responds to 75% of the hits when i observed my kids playing. The gun also does not fit in your hand comfortably and every trigger pull sways the nose of the gun causing the beam to move. Everyone above the age if ten will be disappointed if they where to come here. All of my kids who where competitive and above the age of nine only came out frustrated and annoyed. While all if there younger friends found it enjoyable due to it being a new activity. I severely sudjest you find a better laser tag and arcade or a new competitive activity.

A couple of friends and I went to this place,we played laser tag obviously. It was really fun! Everyone had a great time but after we were done playing, we were hungry. So we went to order a pizza but they closed the kitchen at 9 even though the place closes at 11. So we ordered pizza from Pizza Hut and they kicked us out in the 50 degree weather. Then one friend went back in to get a refill for the drink that he paid for and napkins and they kicked him out again, telling him that he had to pay again. Overall we had a great time, but customer service was horrendous. Besides 2 of the workers there (the lady and one of the men workers)

I held 1 of my sons birthday parties here, all the kids had a blast and I actually liked its small size because it made keeping up with my younger boys a lot easier that way. Pricing was fair, the pizza was pretty good, we brought our own dessert. The attendant was great/friendly, on top of things like drink refills, clean up, etc. We were there on a summer weeknight and basically had the place to ourselves so thats prob why we had such a positive experience. I would imagine a weekend to be pretty crowded and since its so small I didnt want that possibility. My kids still talk about it and its been almost a year. :)

We loved this place! Got a coupon for 12 people which included 3 games of laser tag per person and 20 tokens for the arcade and was awesome! Went for my younger brothers 22nd Birthday and everyone had a blast. My parents even came and played and loved it! The place was nice and clean and two stories of laser tag. Great to play with friends and with the others in the space. Went on a Friday night and it was perfect. Would highly recommend for all ages! There was a girl who was about 6 in there with her dad and having a blast. Definitely hoping to come back with my friends for my 27th birthday :)

FUN! FUN! FUN! Is all I heard from my staff and their families after our company party at Laser Voyage Cafe this past weekend. Betty and her staff did a wonderful job at getting our team up and running with tokens, laser tag, and the laser maze...and not to mention the endless refills of soda! Our company, BrightFire, is 4 years young - and when we party we like to include our staff and their families. We needed a place that was great for our youngest to our oldest. Laser Voyage Cafe provided all of this in about 2.5 hours! Thank you Betty and Laser Voyage Cafe!

This place has a laser tag arena, a laser maze and a tiny arcade. The laser tag was awesome though! Two floors with a great ship theme that is easy to hide and get lost in. The laser maze was also pretty fun ... Its small but hard. The arcade was miniscule, dont bother buying tokens unless youve got young kids. 2 shooting games, 1 racing, 4 ticketing, and 3 prize games and 1 dancing. Staff was great & super friendly & quick. Go if youre looking for laser tag. Show up early because it gets crowded fast.

The equipment here is really nice. The sensors are long glowing strips that cant be covered by people with long hair. The gun is compact and easy to shoot one handed. It has an aiming laser that can activated by pulling the trigger half way without actually firing a shot. Pull the trigger all the way when you are ready to shoot. The arena is pretty cool. Its multi-level and has plenty of hiding spots. The only downside is the arena is a bit small.

A large group of my co-workers and I had a blast at this establishment. Nothing like 14 grown adults acting like kids in one vs. the world Laser Tag game. The facility is great and well kept. It is hidden so finding it may be difficult. The staff was very accommodating and polite. I really enjoyed my experience here and will be back again.
