My husband and I came today for lunch. Robyn seemed nice enough as our waitress until she kept going MIA... It was anything but busy in the restaurant. Where was she?! Our hot spinach dip was fine.... But why did it take So long?? Much later our food came out... I ordered wings and a side of onion rings and my husband ordered a burger with bacon and guacamole. The wings were cold and tasted of fish, and the onion rings, while ok, seemed like a lot... Is that the appetizer portion? And then the burger my husband ordered had no guacamole and the kitchen got his side wrong... Not to mention the burger was horrendously dry. After waiting for what seemed to be half an hour for her to come over, we expressed our concerns calmly. She then got defensive and said there was no side of onion rings on the menu (mind you there was). Regardless of this fact wouldnt a server explain to the customer as they were ordering of the confusion? She then promised to take off the charge for the guacamole and said we could get the appetizer for free if we registered a reward card. She spoke rudely to my husband and me and the manager was nowhere to be seen in the midst of all this. I am disappointed. Having worked in the restaurant business for years, I was shocked to see an older server handle a situation with such rudeness. Needless to say we will NEVER go back. Thank you Robyn, for ruining my day.

Went in this evening for my birthday dinner with friends. First off our table had no light bulb... So dark dinner for us no biggie. After waiting more than 15 minutes just to order we place a drink order while not being asked for any sort of ID and appetizer order. Well a while later we have 2 random appetizers neither we ordered just dropped off and left. We asked what these were, we were helped then tried to place our order again. We finally received an order not close to what we placed but at least it was something. They apologized for the mix up on our order, said they would fix it but we still have no napkins, utensils and drinks, but hey at least had something. At then end of this almost 3 hours meal spent mostly waiting just to get help...we are given a ticket with all of the screw ups and our orders on it (obviously wrong) we have to wait again to get this fixed. We are paying with a card, so yea kinda need you to take the card to run it. Finally got tired of sitting around waiting to pay so we got up and asked for someone to just ring us out... One of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. I do plan to steer people away from this train wreck restaurant. The two stars are for the taste of the food and food only. Zero stars for service. My son and I stopped by to eat today after work.The food was ok,but the service was the worst I have ever had.Our server took our order and never came back to our table until we were finished and then all she said was",are you about ready for your check".I did flag her down once to ask for ketchup,she didnt respond,but did walk back by later and literally tossed it on the table without saying a word,and kept walking.I had to remove the top,and take off the foil to open the bottle myself.She was however very attentive to a table of eight that was seated across from us,they appeared to be about her age and were basically sitting there getting drunk.I guess you have to be drinking alcohol to get good service,I will never go back to this place,Whomever owns this business really needs to consider new management.

I have had the worst service the past 3 weeks in a row. Last week when I spoke to the manager, she told me to ask for her this week and she promised me the best service. So, when I arrived I asked for her and she told me Devyn would give us exceptional service. Devyn was the worst server I have had yet. She hardly gave my table any attention. I waited 15 minutes to be greeted, another 10 minutes to get drinks, another 10 minutes for the appetizer, and by the time the food arrived we had been there for over an hour. I asked to speak to the manager 3 times, but she never came back over. Not once was anything offered to compensate the terrible experience my table had until we were so angry and refused to pay. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and I most likely will never go back.

The service and food was fantastic. However, our experience turned negative when the manager, Zach, came out. He was rude.... He got annoyed that we asked him to change the channel. He came to our table to tell us he could not have the doors open on the patio any longer. We were OK with that. His delivery of why he couldnt was the problem. We went outside to smoke and he felt the need to whisper something under his breath as he walked away from us. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected at a restaurant. We came in there to have a good time and left early frustrated.... Because of him the establishment lost money.

sound was awful customers were putting tissue in ears and fingers, too loud, sound man was not very cooperative, feedback all nite long, customers allowed drinks on dance floor, major spill at bands equipment when waiter was asked to get help cleaning up by two customers, he gave 2nd request a bunch of napkins. dangerous for the fact it was close to plug ins, plus ice in floor so anyone could have fallen even a totally sober person orders brought out by total different waiters and waitress didnt know whose order was whose and of course this is my opinion and observation only food was good took long time getting

Stopped by today for the All You Can Eat Wings lunch and this location has lost my business. They dont put out the buffet style table like the Milton/Alpharetta location. They want to bring you individual plates to limit and control your selection. That do any allow you to try diff flavors. It also eliminates this a a aquick lunch as you have to wait for them to bring you the food and more. I havent been in the area for lunch in a long time. And now I wont waste my time. Bad business move getting rid of the buffet style Suwanee

DO NOT GO ON WEDNESDAYS!!!!!. Rude people doing a horribly bad open mic the same thing every week seen it a bunch of times, no excitement in live music on wednesdays just a bunch of 60 year olds trying way too hard to be rockstars and failing miserably . They will brush you off and put you down if your there for music. Best time to check it out is on Fridays and Saturdays when real bands are there. Food OK processed chain food. Service is a 7/10 OHH AND THE WINGS ALWAYS SUCK!!!!! DRY NASTY WINGS !!!! EVERY TIME!!!!!

80s night was the theme of last night of new years eve, ha! I have never complained about a bar, but this bar had the worst food and entertainment I have ever experienced. The management gave out shots of lemon drops instead of champagne at the end of the night. I dont mix, since I was drinking brown. The food seemed old and had no taste. I have been to the wild wings café on scenic hwy and was great so I thought this one would be to. I advise no one to go to this bar. Unless you want bad food and even worse music.
