Chinese Dhaba is located in a very cultural area inside of a big shopping center. The front of the restaurant looks like your average Atlanta Chinese spot, but its the food and decor that makes the difference. I located this spot on a quick search to find something quick to eat in the area. My husband does not extremely spicy foods, but I can devour them. As a compromise, we ordered the Chilli Garlic Noodles and asked to make it mild in favor and the Crispy Chilli Shrimp with heat impact and this dish comes with rice. My husband and I did not care for the Chilli Garlic Noodles until we combined it with the sauce of the Crispy Chilli Shrimp. The sauce on this dish was amazing. It had the perfect balance of heat and savory. I dont know if the Chilli Garlic Noodles would have a different taste profile if the extra spice is added; nonetheless, we enjoyed our meal collectively and agreed we would venture here again. During our visit, there were plenty of take-out compared to inside dining. The restaurant is not that big, but it could support a good 20-30 people. The decor was simple and reflective of its Indian influences. The customer service was pleasant. Cant wait for the next visit.

The food was ok when compared to other local Indian food options. The reason Im giving one star is because of the customer service. I tried calling in my order as I was driving to avoid waiting too long but I was put on hold for over 3 minutes then the line got "disconnected". I was almost at the location so I didnt bother trying to call again. Once I arrived I told the lady that I was on hold to place an order but then the line got cut. Her response was that she had 4 customers waiting in front of her so she had to assist them first and that when she tried calling me back the call went directly to voicemail. But she didnt leave one. So as I was telling her that I wanted to place an order the phone rings and then she puts me on hold, again, to help the customer on the phone. Anything wrong with this picture? I thought so, thats why I wont be going back.

Delicious food. Yum! I drive clear across Atlanta on a regular basis to sate my cravings. For those who have never had Indian-Chinese cuisine, it is what develops when a Chinese community settles in India for a over a century. The food borrows from both traditions to create its own. The Chicken Manchow Soup and the Chicken with Manchurian Sauce are my personal favorites in addition to being Indian-Chinese staples. While the food is the star here, the interior of the restaurant is clean, nicely appointed and well done. Chinese Dhaba is a restaurant where you order at the counter and get the food on Styrofoam plates. The informality of the plates and cutlery is soon forgotten once you taste the excellent food.

70 health score sort of freaked me out initially ... I went ahead and ordered... Typical strange cafeteria fluorescent lighting and decor ... Feels super 3rd world for sure Ordered the food mild and upon tasting at home ( carry out ) it was far from mild .. I suppose the scale is something to question. It was very spicy and hard for the kids to enjoy. So long as I dont get botulism or some kind of food born pathogen,...I suppose Ill try it again and see what else The menu has to offer. Solid but strange Chinese meets Indian fusion leaning Indian. SW

Absolutely great food, and well worth the price. I have a lot of experience with eating Indian Chinese food, in such places as Bombay, where the cuisine was invented, and also in Edison, New Jersey, where the cuisine is very prevalent. I have to say that the chilli garlic hakka noodles and chilli paneer are excellent. The place is designed as a fast-casual spot, but do not be fooled by its interior. The food is great, and definitely worth a try, considering it is the only true Indian Chinese restaurant within atleast 500 miles.

One of our favorite take out places. Chinese with an Indian influence. Im not an expert on this but an Indian friend of mine explained it to me. I really love unique spicy food, and the Bullet Chicken is awesome. Saying its "dry" really means its not dripping in syrupy sauce. Its like in between a dry rub and a sauce, thick with spices and heat. Their hot and sour and Manchow soups are really good, too. I order those almost every time. Next time Im trying a Manchurian dish at my friends suggestion.

I visited this place yesterday food was so tasteless I cant tell you and the lady at the counter was just not friendly to even talk it made me feel as I m ordering the food but not paying her for that . When you are at the front and serving customers you need to smiling all the time so the customers feel you are approachable overall bad service and bad food never going back there .

Horrible food! Not worth to even try. We ordered crispy chilly fish and schezuan fried rice (chkn). Fish was hard not crispy and tasteless. Not whats shown in pic. The rice wasnt cooked well, it was hard. Asked them to redo the rice order, but it was just the same the 2nd time as well. What a shame, they cant even cook the rice right but making fried rice out of it.

First time in 3.5 years of marriage my wife and I agreed we would stop eating our take out and go get food from somewhere else after dropping over $35. Mongolian beef was supremely squishy and under seasoned, general tsos was underwhelming, fried rice was mediocre and the wings were soft.

Ordered Szechuan fried rice with chicken...full of flavor and extremely quickly delivered to my table. Service was impersonal; restaurant appears clean. Love the comment the last user posted about food being saltier than his ex -- I can relate -- however, not so for my food tonight.

The food is saltier than my ex. The prices you pay for that low quality food they should include some blood pressure medications to counteract the crazy amount of salt they throw in. This is a typical desi restaurant sub-par food, sup-bar service, over priced food.

Nice atmosphere and lots of menu options, but unfortunately most taste like variations of the same basic dish. The spiciness is a bit overdone, and not in a flavorful way (mostly just tons of chili flakes dumped all over the food).

This place serves Chinese-Indian food. They specialize in Chinese food prepared with Indian ingredients and cooking methods. They have many vegetarian options, unsurprisingly, and many degrees of spiciness.
