Crossville isnt known as a dining destination, or much else other than golf. But if you are in town and looking for a good Chinese buffet, this is the one. A good variety of food is key to a buffet and theyve got it. A blend of Chinese (what we call Chinese anyway) food and American type foods. As the name implies, they also have a hibachi which I havent tried yet so I cant review. What draws me here more than anything though is that they have sushi. And house made sushi at that. Nothing higher end, but delicious regardless and they are quick to refill trays. They even have a hot fried sushi I have never had before but its become one of my favorites. Make sure to top off your sushi with the delicious spicy mayo for an extra kick. Prices are standard buffet fare. Around 6 or 7 for lunch and 8 or 9 for dinner, depending on what youre drinking. All in all, you wont be disappointed and will definitely leave full.

I should start by saying Im a bit fussy when it comes to Chinese food. The overall rating is hard to do. If you come from anywhere other than Crossville or are traveling you might feel a little let down. If you are from Crossville this is probably the best Chinese food you can get without going to Knoxville or Cookeville. The lo mein was a bit odd flavored and the general Tsos chicken was not what you would expect somewhere else. The chicken wasnt battered and fried like other places and wasnt very spicy (the spice could be attributed to the fact that not everyone likes spice and its a buffet). At the end of the day its a fair buffet Ive had much worse but have also had much better.

I generally go for lunch. The sushi is excellent and there is a nice variety. The fruit offerings are fresh and canned as expected but a wide variety. The grill (Mongolian style) has a sufficient variety. The various chicken and beef stir fried is always fresh and new put out regularly. The seafood is typical shrimp, Crab mixtures and some with cheese. Service is good, not pushy. Price is good. Tea both hot and cold is fresh. Refreshing. I like the place and reco.mend it. The steamed crab legs are very delicious. Oder by one pound or two.

Buffet is large and has a good selection, but some of the items seem to be unlabeled or a bit unorganized. A couple things I usually like seemed tough and unpleasant, so I was a bit disappointed. I usually order takeout, mostly because the few times Ive eaten in, the waiters and waitresses tend to hover quite a bit. Fast service and table clearing is good, but feeling constantly watched and uncomfortable... Not so much.

The sushi was awsome! But the ALL the other food was old and cold. Been on the road all day and was looking forward to a hot meal! I asked for something fresh and was told they would make me a plate for extra money. When I told them the food was cold they turned up heat but didnt bring out anything fresh. Wont come back! I gave stars for sushi and thats it!

HIBACHI SUPER BUFFET is definitely my whole familys FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT! There is always something for for us and our grown kids and all of the grandkids! The food is absolutely great, so is the atmosphere! The prices are great also. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING FOR EVERYONE! I know you will enjoy it very much!

This was a nice lunch for a Saturday afternoon. All of the food was fresh on the buffet. The hibachi grill was very limited for food options and sauces. The sushi was fairly fresh and good. The waiters and waitresses were fairly attentive, although I had to wait for my drink to get refilled a couple times.

Not so great. Most of the food was cold. Product on your bar and dressing tables should have labels. My mom thought she was getting honey mustard for her salad and it turned out to be hot mustard. Not good. The server huffed over us and made us feel uncomfortable. I dont think we will return

Great selection, tasty food, fresh sushi (there is never gummy nori from sitting around like some other places). If any of the steam trays are empty, they make more for you right away. Weve been going there for several years and its our favorite Asian stop in Crossville.

Ive been here several times, and this may be my last. No refills. One plate clearing. The Mongolian grill / shudders. He didnt wash his hands after wiping counters before taking over the grill from another man making himself a fried egg.

Hey I dunno much I only ate a single piece of sushi, Which I love, and now Ive been vomiting with the runs all evening long.. so if youre looking to really clean out your system from both ends - Id definitely recommend the sushi.

The food is delicious and service is very good. Nice variety of sushi. Very flavorful. Absolutely the best Hot and Sour Soup Ive found anywhere. This is going to be my new favorite place to eat in Crossville, TN

Im knocking off stars because 1. The food was average at maximum 2. The desserts were lacking abd the icream was freezer burned. The staff were all very kind and attentive but the food was crappy and dried out.
