Didnt even get to order. I tried calling in for a pick-up order and got hung up on. When I arrived the youngest girl there told another girl that take out orders arenlas priority until thy get caught up. So I said can I get service and the older lady just looked at me like "did you not jus here what she said". Not sure about the door but in Saturday November 11, 2016 at 8:40 pm the service was horrible and the restaurant was a complete disarray. Lost a loyal customer, I come here twice a week and always leave at least a 20% tip, at least.

Husband and i just went on sunday usually service and food is exellent. But sunday i get that they were busy but there is no excus for rude service cold food and wait for drinks for 20 minutes. Also waited almost a hour for our food which was cold. The casier was rude as well.yall just lost a valuable customer. We wil not be coming back. So sad because that use to be the placw to eat around Dacula.

This waffle house is ok. The hamburger is a bit burnt and the music is extremely loud and the customer service is just okay. I may eat at another waffle house where I can eat my food without having to listen to extremely loud music. Plus the hash browns are mushy and bland. I eat at waffle house occasionally and this one is just SAD for a waffle house

Normally a pleasant place to eat where the staff enteracts and can joke around. Not the case today, our waitress was very pleasant in the beginning and quickly shifted gears to abrupt and rude. After 20 years of going here Ill drive the extra 2 miles to the other one.

We walked in and walked right back out. The smell of the restaurant was so bad we couldnt eat there. We told her to tell the manager that try really need to get rid of that smell!!!
