I waited 20 minutes for two subs. I watched people, who ordered right before I did, get their food, eat it and leave before I got my two subs to go. To top it all off, when I get home the turkey bacon ranch was on white, not wheat and had not a single piece of bacon on it. I did notice someone who seemed to be reviewing their performance taking notes. They got so backwards, this person had to come behind the counter and help the already four people get it together. It had been a while since I was in their, it will be a long time before I think about returning.

The food, great! Most of the people who work there, awsome! But the cashier Tonya is the worst person I have ever met in my life.. this women is a prime example of AWFUL customer service. If your a male then you wont have an issue with her but females beware. Every single time she has been working when I enter that store I consider leaving. I know I am not the only customer either because I have talked to several regulars about her.. get some training for this lady please before you lose people.

Made a valiant effort to finish a large NY Steamer. 85% fat. No possible way to consume. Worst $15.00 Ive ever spent on a meal. Literally still starving. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Get with the program Firehouse. If your going to charge a small fortune for a sub, make it edible! Will never return if it was the last food available on planet earth.

Ordered 2 combos. They didnt have any pickles and they did not tell us that they just put a sign up after we got our combos. Then I asked for Sweet tea and they said they were out of sugar. All they could say was sorry. You would think they would offer you a substitute or give you a coupon or something. This is a sign of a very poor run establishment.

A great place to eat. Food is made to order. Your choice of how you want it n with or with out a drink n chips. Place is clean and honors one of the oldest professions. Our firefighting men & women. We like to go in an site inside or outside n watch the customers. A very nice place.

One of my favorite places to eat in Winder. Sandwiches have lots of meat and they have a large selection of hot sauces. Try the Gator hot sauce.
