My hubby ordered plain hash browns, a sweet tea, and a Deluxe Double Cheese Burger, it didnt have cheese on it when it came to the table so we had to ask for it. I ordered a waffle with two scrambled eggs and a coffee. Waffle came to the table cold because they set it aside on the counter while my hubbys food and my eggs were cooking. So we had to ask them for another waffle to be made. While waiting for my waffle, I noticed that there was a build up of waffle batter around and under the waffle iron.. Had to also ask for coffee and iced tea to be refilled (which the waitress did not bother to put any additional ice in my hubbys cup) and to ask waitress to explain a 45 cent charge which was for lettuce and tomato on his burger(there was nothing stating that there would be an extra charge for the lettuce and tomato). Aside from that, 2 of the employees were being very loud almost to the point of yelling with their conversation. I can understand yelling out food orders, but food wasnt the topic of conversation... We are extremely disappointed with the food, the service, the way the food cook space is kept and have made the decision to no longer eat at Waffle House ever again... I work in a restaurant myself so there are somethings that I can understand, but this was just beyond understanding.

OMGoodness I love this town. I get up Saurday morning and call my brother regarding a lawn mower issue. I go to borrow one and along the way I was hungry. Therefore, I got to McDonalds on Highway 11 and it was packed, and the Bojangles was too. Im now thinking that theres been some parade or other social small town function today that brought this many folks out to town before noon on a Saturday. So, I asked the waitress what I missed. C loved her answer she said miss what and she Saud well then darling you are right on time. These folks are just here because its Saturday. I was so amazed and amused that it tickled my heart. Lets see where to begin been to this location a few times, never when its busy, but oddly enough even though I was the only one in the place it looked as if a sorority through an end of the world party in the restaurant with every table trashed and the floor is just disgusting but no worries because the servers and cooks would rather spend time gossiping about their coworkers than cleaning off a table so customers could sit down. Waitress reeked of disgusting cigarettes and the use of foul language by both cook and server was non professional. Waffle House corporate needs to make a surprise visit to this disgusting "restaurant"

Usually not the type to complain... but this is honestly not very nice expierence my family & i are eating in WINDER,Ga waffle house to began with our bacon is VERY burnt but despite that we chose to continue eating ... just to top it off we find hair on literally amlmost all of our food !!! Just thought if give yall a heads up ... if your wanting waffle house i reccomend the one in BETHELHEM .

The girl with blue hair sucks. All tables were dirty she got our order wrong twice and we didnt get our drinks till after our food came out. She got our drinks wrong. We didnt get checked on until she gave us our check. A couple walked out since no tables were clear after sitting there by the door for 15 mins. I wont eat here if I see her working! Need new staff!

The place was almost empty but it took almost thirty minutes for the servers to even place our tables. They forgot almost everything from what we ordered to bringing our refills. I will never return to this waffle house.

Unfortunately this particular restaurant has gone down hill the last couple years. Service is mediocre and the food isnt much better. We keep giving them chances and they keep failing.

Thankful they were open with a backup generator while without electricity for 6 hours so far from Irma. It was slow but they were packed and were doing a great job!
