2stars on this comment but was re-reviewed at the bottom . I wanted to save my time but I had to warm others, 11:50am I get in line, 12:17pm I finally received my food, see the problem here???? I eat here often, and this show service the a common occurrence. The employees have a "idfwy" attitude and could care less about how long a lunch break is. . . Thanks guys for making me late AGAIN - unhappy consumer On a brighter side the food is always amazing, keeps me coming back. UPDATE: 11/02/15 NIght and day difference! ***** as of today 5stars In line at 12:20 eating by 12:28 There were 3 women up front polite and quick as can be =) Food was hot and great as always. These guys were a ray of sunlight on a rainy day

I have eaten at other Panda Express locations and by far this was the worst! I went with a friend and both of us were highly displeased with the taste and presentation of the food. We went in when they had just opened up so we were sure the food would be fresh. We were mistaken. The rice was cold and the egg rolls were chewy and bland I had a stir-fry dish with a creamy sauce and shrimp (cant remember the exact name of the dish) and the sauce tasted like mayonnaise. My friend mentioned about her food also and how bland and cold it was as well. We did not complain to the manager. We just decided we would never eat at this location again.

Food is okay usually. My last visit I encountered rude server and limited variety. It was near closing and I was okay with the selection, but customer after me was offered the choice of having food prepared fresh. Server was also rude when asking me for my order. It seemed that she was finishing up with a demanding order prior to mine and had a hard time being professional after that. I did not appreciate the slight and once she realized how negative her behavior was, she tried to correct it, but it was not sincere and too late. I have not been back.

good location, my food was good and hot, and they really piled up my plate! While I was waiting in line they were constantly keeping the selection stocked. the wait was a little annoying, but only because all the customers in line were being picky and difficult. the staff were friendly. the only thing I hate about this location is that it didnt have a drive thru. first world problems I know, but when you have anxiety drive thrus are nice. first panda Ive seen without one. all in all good location and food, not sure why the other reviews are so bad.

Go if you want to eat somewhere where they close before "closing" and speak to a woman named Emerald who will lie to you about how long a fryer takes to heat up. Also if you want your food to be prepped and served by workers who have no shift manager or GM on duty. Whats that deal? Where are you Tommy. Why are the fryers turned off 45 minutes before closing. Who is going to make sure the close the reasutruant properly for the morning shift to come in? Why cant any of the food me and other costumers want be cooked?

Only ate there once but tried a variety of things....didnt care for the cafeteria style of service...but it was the quickest, biggest plateful of the worst Chinese food I ever tasted...went right into the garbage after a bite of each.. I have been to China and they would not have claimed it. PS...I was forced to give it one star in order to post my review...I would not have posted any stars....sorry, Panda....BAD food!

Piss poor service. Ordered rice, broccoli/beef and mushroo/chicken. Stood for 15-20 minutes waiting on broccoli and beef which were cooked and right in front of me and the server, they proceeded to change my order to orange chicken and rice because they apparently either do not listen or thought they knew best for me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Incompetency is rampant.

I typically love Panda Express but I had to give this location two stars based on the staff. They are not very attentive and seem lazy to me. Ive also visited the Snellville location that is far busier and the line moves much faster. The food also seems to not be up to par with rest of the Panda Express locations. I will not return to this Panda location again.

Terrible Customer Service, one of only 2 servers available spent the entire 10 minutes I was in store talking to one cust in her native language while others in line looked on in disgust. Second server tried to help (at her own pace) but obviously doesnt want to be at work today...cooks gave us the "not my job" look. Nice!

On Sunday at 11:20 am, the doors were locked. A staff member unlocked the door briefly to tell me and two additional customers, "They are short on staff and they dont have enough food cooked to serve at this time."

Go in at 840 and they arent making anymore food. Happened multiple times. I get the wasting part, but I mean almost an hour before yall close you cant make anymore food? Sound alike pure laziness.

The food was not good at all. It was all chewy and luke-warm. VERY over-priced. My husband and daughter got the garlic chicken and both had stomach trouble later. We will not be back.

They have problems keeping their menu stocked, every time I go there seems to be something I have to wait for, which is usually either the orange chicken or chow mein.

The fried rice is always burnt. We had black pieces of rice and the employees told us since no other customer had complained that they would not remake it.

I generally like Panda Express, but at this location its always hit or miss. Rude or sulky employees EVERY TIME and half the time the noodles are burnt.

I usually visit this location for lunch. The food is good as expected. Arrive for an early or late lunch otherwise you may have long lines.
