HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered food for delivery to my home. Instead the food went to someone else home. Instead of confirming the address the driver just left the food for the person in my subdivision to deliver. The person had to call them to find out which house the food was suppose to go to. How did they know who to call unless they had the receipt. Oh yeah did I mentioned I paid with my credit card. When the driver dropped off the food you would think if he was told I did not place an order he would not have left the food. But he did leave the food and it was finally delivered to me by someone other than the place I paid to deliver the food. When I called to inquire about how this happened, my concerns of no receipt of my card information not being in the bag and my concern of food being delivered by someone other than the people I paid to deliver the gentleman that answered the phone was VERY RUDE. Now I am sitting here waiting for the same idiot that could not deliver the food to the correct address the first time to come to my home and pick up the food that the person in my subdivision dropped off so they can credit me a refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I will go to my normal Chinese Restaurant to get food. UNPROFESSIONAL and LACK OF COURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! OMG

First of all, if you order off of their Lunch menu, please dont eat the chicken wings that they offer. It is slimy, looks very old, appears triple fried and smells off. There is something very wrong with their chicken wings! Save yourself the stomach cramps and intestinal trauma and throw it out! If you order any of their chicken, chew carefully and slowly, as you will encounter some bones. If youre looking to use one of the many coupons that they flood your mailbox with, dont!! Not only will you be met with a poor attitude, but theyll skip out on giving you sauces, utensils and fortune cookies. Nothing major, but extremely petty. If they dont want to honor THEIR coupons, they should not be sending out their menus which include the coupons, every 3 weeks. The entire staff seems like your typical, "lol, stupid fat American, feed them food from floor! American eat anything!" Dont waste your money here, and dont support these jerks. We need a REAL Chinese Food Restaurant in Locust Grove!

Walking in the restaurant smells HEAVILY of cleaning products .. go up to order a take out order ... only 3 people sitting in restaurant ... and have to stand there while employees chat ... finally place an order, over the yelling of servers and kitchen people in the back ... just yelling at each other. Go shop and return 15 minutes later and food is ready. Food ... mediocre at best ... ego rolls were TINY and only veggies, very greasy ... crab Rangoon... dont bother ordering, the is NO crab and it is undercooked and soggy. Called to let them know, rather than posting this review, and the young man who answered the phone was very nonchalant ... like, oh? Oh well. I will never return... too many other places I can go and give my money.

We live in Locust Grove and have tried this place a few times, each time hoping it will get better.... never does. We have dined in a couple of times and gave up on that because of terrible customer service. The waitress is always so short, never smiling, never really looking as if she wants to be there. I can understand this, Ive worked in food service before, for years, its a crappy job, but there is no excuse to not talk to your customers. Seems like its always something when it comes to the food, its either dry like its been sitting out, not what we ordered and then get hassled about wanting to return it, the pricing is sort of wacky if you take out... Ugh Id rather just not ever eat there again

Anyone who is complaining about this place was just having a bad day and taking it out here, or are just snobs who expect way too much of everyone, everywhere. This place is BY FAR the BEST Chinese Food Ive had in any city, in any state. It tastes just right, not ridiculously oily or old, PLENTY of flavor and PLENTY of portion! The chicken wings are exactly the type you would expect to find at any Chinese restaurant- crispy, crispy, crispy. If you like chicken wings like the kind at Chick-N-Run, I recommend you dont go to a Chinese restaurant!!! Countless times Ive wished I was back at home in Locust Grove just because of Sunrise Chinas PERFECT Chinese food!

I am incredibly disappointed and truly upset after having just hanging up with Sunrise. I called to place an over $70 delivery order ($80 with tip) and was told that they dont deliver to my home. 1.) Not only have they delivered here 4 times before but 2.) We live in a community less than 5 miles away from their location... I understand a language barrier but this wasnt that. I explained exactly where we lived, she said she delivers to heron bay... sadly, they have lost a very well paying and tipping delivery customer because of their rudeness and complete incompetence. Im not sure if I will chose to dine in again either. Its really a shame.

God awful. I ordered the Chicken & Broccoli combo with veggie fried rice and spring rolls. The chicken was under-cooked & slimy. The veggies in the rice we clearly out of a store bought bag of mixed vegetables. The spring rolls were obviously old, probably made hours ago. And the rice wasnt even stir fried lol. The only thing edible was the rice & the broccoli. Waste of my $15. I have lived here for over 6 years and every year i go back and give them a chance because i love chinese food...but these people are terrible!!

If I could give them a lover review I would. Kinda sad when you order $50 worth of food and they forget the egg rolls, so I call them and ask for my egg rolls. They decide to cuss me out and tell me to F*** off and that they dont have to give me anything, he then proceeded to tell me he would come to my house and beat my A**. And this is coming from a MANAGER.

30 minutes before close and the guy picks up and says how may I help you and proceed to try to order delivery and he said they dont, tried to do carry out and told me they dont. A)why did you answer the phone and b) your not closed till 10. Said he had cleaning to-do. Dont you do that after close when you lock the doors at your closing time of 10.

Lets face it no one is perfect but Sunrise is pretty close. I have ordered dozens of times and have only had a problem once and being a pro at ordering take out lol I think they do pretty well and the food is always super hot when it gets here . I order for 2 people and we get enough food for 3 meals for the both of us :)

Lady owner working their is so rude and unfriendly. I order there a lot because it is the only Chinese restaurant in Locust Grove so we are stuck. Never says hello and sometimes not even thank you. I guess we are doing them a favor by spending money on their average food.
