This food is great, and we enjoy eating here on a fairly regular basis. For the comment about their prices being the same as Canoe, I dont think that fella went to the same Canoe that I did. I cant walk out of there without spending $120 minimum on two people. Here, our tab is usually in the $30 - $40 for drinks, appetizers and entrees. The quality is great as well. Even on a strict diet, we are able to find something on the menu that fits. Definitely recommend the meat loaf and mashed potatoes(not for diet, but made from scratch goodness). As for the breads, they are all excellent, and I feel they are a strong complement to the sandwich materials. Finally, the customer service is awesome, from the management to the staff, we are always greeted cordially, and checked regularly. We had one issue only once with our meal, and the manager really came through on his satisfaction guarantee. My wife and I consider this our favorite in the area, whether we dine in, pickup in the drive thru, or have delivery through Grub Hub, you just cant go wrong here.

We had been to Sofias earlier and decided to try out the new restaurant. The staff and owner were friendly and the food was good. We ordered a Chicken cordon bleu and a grilled cheese sandwich with coffee. However, the service was not good and the staff needs to be trained properly. The coffee was served cold.and the cup was overflowing. No paper napkin or spoon were provided with the coffee or at any time during the dinner. Plus, the presentation of the food on the plate could have been much better! In addition, we were only provided with a rather limited dinner menu and were not told by the waiter that the restaurant provided all day breakfast. Otherwise, I would have much rather preferred and chosen to eat a breakfast item on the menu! The restaurant is new and the food was really delicious. The issues with the service should be easy to fix by training staff appropriately and we hope that they will be attended to so that people will have a better dining experience in the future. Wish the new owners all the best!

Have been to this new restaurant three times. Everything on the menu from breakfast to dinner is offered at any time. So far everyone in our party (second time we had 12 of us) has had great food. May be a little on the high side, but worth the money when the food has been fresh and well made. We have ordered breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. They have also had a wonderful pumpkin spice coffee with a pumpkin spice creamer that was loved by all each time we visited. The owner also is very nice and has greeted us each time. The only negative would be the booth seats need added cushion, very worn out. I hope with success we will find more improvements in the seating and decor. Will continue to go back as long as the food is good!

Had brunch after church at a new "spot" CALLED "The 5 Spot Cafe", located just off Hwy 316 at 555 Progress Center Ave, Lawrenceville! They offer breakfast all day, every day AND have an additional lunch and dinner menu that should suit everybodys tastes as well! Great food (even some gluten free options), generous portions (pancakes were HUGE as well as omelet and Breakfast Burrito), French Toast delicious (so I heard), plates HOT (personal pet peeve that ALWAYS gets bonus points in my book.), great wait-staff and a chic/rustic kind of eclectic interior. Food was great and we WILL be going back! Try them out...support LOCAL!!

Breakfast all day spot with other offerings. Everyone enjoyed their food. My kids had great looking pancakes. The roasted potatoes were a stand out. I had good pot roast and great mashed potatoes. They need to polish up their vegetable sides. I had steamed broccoli that was fine but nothing special. They have salads, burgers, sandwiches and a few other dishes in addition to an array of breakfast. Noticeably absent were grits-a southern breakfast staple We went on Sunday evening and were the only ones in the place for most of our meal. I appreciated that they had gluten free bread available. Definitely worth a return trip.

Went for lunch total disappointment. My sandwich was salty and small ( meatloaf),. My son order the pot roast sandwich , it had very very very little meat small pieces of bread and very bland. My wife order the grilled cheese and thought the ones she makes at home are better. The owner seated us and expressed how much him and his wife like bread, now I understand why the sandwiches are like they are highlight the bread not the meat inside. No one asked us about our meal, waitress or owner. Price are very high quality low. I could go to Canoe for lunch and spend about the same, with much better service and food.

Our go to spot when we dont know what we want. All day breakfast is perfect for my wife. I mix it up with different meals. I have enjoyed many of them. Also part of the steak salad are blue cheese croquets that i now get on the side as an appetizer. Thats the kind of team you have there. They go out of their way to make sure the meal you get is the meal you want. The owner is almost always there to greet you and make sure your dining experience bring you back for more. And for my wife and I coming back for more is easy.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I had the cinnamon pecan French toast and it was delicious. I actually stopped by last week just to check out the menu and the owner offered me a piece of their ciabatta bread(hope I spelled that correct) and it was delicious. Everything on their menu looks yummy. The owner and staff are all so very nice. I definitely recommend this restaurant. They serve breakfast all day long, which I love. They serve lunch and dinner all day also.

Great menu. Owner gave us ciabatta toasted bread it was fabulous. They are bread people. We had an omelette and eggs Benedict all ingredients were obviously fresh. I would not order Benedict again as the Hollandaise sauce was not good /very bland. Cant wait though to try several other things on menu. Not very busy but pass the word because if quality stays up to par it could become a very busy place.

It was so hard to decide what to eat. Everything tasted amazing. There was very little conversation as we were focused on eating. Fried white chedder bites app. Chicken Cordun Bleu, California and Bbq burgers and a Strawberry Fields salad. No complaints about any of it. Finished it off with a fried cheese cake. It was amazing. You should come here. We will be back. Probably several more times.

Great food and nice people. I have been here multiple times and really enjoy the food. The meatloaf sandwich, breakfast burrito, and chicken cordon blue sandwich were among my favorites entrees. The fish tacos need work (they were boring). The coffee is also good, wish they had more creamers and I hope they do iced coffee this summer.

Came to try the restaurant after a show at the Aurora Theatre. Our server seemed new but was attentive and recommended a couple of the favorites which we ordered (pot roast and meatloaf dinners) large servings on both dishes which came with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. We plan on coming back soon to try out their breakfast menu
