I used to take my family hear almost every Sunday after one week me and my husband orderd something they brang it to us wrong when I told them about it they said they ran out of the item missing so I told them then I dont want it Ill order something else they have the nerve to tell me well we are still going to have to chrage u fir this the best we can do is give you a 10% discount really like if it was my fault they ran out they lost my and my family busnisse Ill go somewhere else with better service

The food was great, the service great, and everything looked as good as on the menu. Our server, Austin I think, was attentive and regularly stopped back to check on us and make sure we got what we ordered. Ive had a lot of mistakes at other restaurants when it comes to eggs. This was perfect. Fruit was fresh on our brioche French toast and crepes and eggs were cooked exactly how we wanted them. It was delicious.

I understand that was noon and staff was busy, I was waiting on my take out food long time, when I got it, on my way home I found that they forgot to give me an item, too bad I was 6 miles south on my way to ATL.would return for 10 bucks worth of item, but I was pissed and called to pick up, they told me nothing left,but if I want to order another one and hung up on me, Im just never returning there.

Considering it was Saturday morning, the place was packed, and servers were running around like chicken with their heads cut off. It was a great experience my family of 4 and I were served promptly with a smile and no worries. The food came fast. Also this location was definitely not stingy like others Ive been to thats for sure. Get ready for a take home box.

When we first walked in the hostess had an attitude. While I waited to be seated, I watched the hostess (african american) woman check people out and she never smiled. Her attitude with everyone was awful. My waitress (Kim) never came back to check on us. Im new to the area and would never come back here. Service sucks!!!

Unsurprisingly, this place is packed on weekend mornings. Its worth it, the service and food here are great, just be prepared to wait if you come when, well, everybody else does. You might have to park in the corner of Home Depots lot, too. They have plenty of seats in the waiting area though, so its a comfortable wait.

Our family went here for lunch and the service was terrible. My husband didnt get his food, they made 2 orders completely wrong, and handed my grandmother a hot plate that she almost dropped because it was so hot. They said sorry and still charges us full price for the worst service ever!! I am never going back!!

Never again. Worse experience ever. From the server to bad food. Avoid Roberta she refilled my bf drinks and took care of him ... But I had to ask another server for a drink. Totally rediculous . let alone it took 45 mins to even get food ordered. While she was in the kitchen yelling in Spanish and laughing.

IHOP has long been a source of good breakfast food. Service is organized and quick, food is consistently good, and waiters/waitresses are great all the time. The only downside is that ihop does not always have the highest cleanliness rating, but that is to be expected from any major restaurant chain.

Worst. IHOP. Ever. I heard more curse words out of the servers mouth than I would expect on a Spanish galleon covered in pirates. Constant bickering and arguing between kitchen and servers. Save your time and money and drive down the road where there are any other number of restaurants to pick.

Busy location. Very pleasant staff. Always on point. Asked for the name of the person taking peoples names only to find out she is the General Manager- Dee is great at her job, always on the move, very friendly and outgoing. Servers here are amazingly attentive. Love coming here....

Ordered the French toast meal. The best thing on the plate was the mostly grissle bacon. I tried to use my favorite syrup but it was STUCK to the bottom of the carrier. The French toast was not sweetened at all and the fruit could have been fresher. Not at all a good experience.

Good food. Ive had better service but they made sure to bring food in a timely manner and the one mistake they made was corrected promptly. Overall experience was ok. Need work on the service side when it comes to being friendly and courteous.

They keep messing up To Go order. This is the second time, in a row, that they have messes up!! I checked everything but the banana foster French toast. Got home & discovered it covered up in strawberries & that nasty syrup!! NOT HAPPY!!!!

I love IHOP as always, but on this particular visit to this location, there was an unusual account of flies hovering around inside. I had to constantly protect my food, otherwise Id give 5 stars for service and quality of the food.
