We never got to order. After waiting 2 minutes at the drive thru we backed up to check the times to make sure they were open. We pulled back around and someone said "Krystals." We began to order but kept getting interrupted by the girl saying she could not hear us. My husband would speak louder and ask if she could hear him now in which she would answer no. He would then ask again and she would say no. We then drove around to the window since we were not getting anywhere. We were unable to get to the window cause the girl had it open and was talking to a guy standing outside. This all took at least 5 minutes before we drove off and went elsewhere. We were in a hurry because I am having a procedure done at the hospital and it was getting close to the time where I could no longer eat or drink.

First of all.. if you want quick service or nice service.. this is not the Krystal for you.. next.. Im not sure if the lady inside was trying to pull a fast one and get money out of us When youve been fighting for it all your life Youve been struggling to make things right Thats how a superhero learns to fly (Every day, every hour, turn that pain into power) what but she tried to charge us $59 for 24 Krystals! Yes folks thats right! $59!! Needless to say we left and came up cartersville

Despite the fact that the Krystal burger is their main menu item, they never seem to have any ready at any point of the day. I went during a lunch hour from work and it took nearly 20 minutes just to make 8 Krystal burgers. Also when they have all day Happy Hour specials, they never have any Krystals ready in the morning. How can you advertise 59 cent burgers all day but rarely to never can fulfill an order quickly?

Despite being advertised as 24 hours, there was no one at the Krystal at approximately 3:20 AM this morning, causing myself as well as a several other people who arrived around the same time a lot of frustration. Hopefully this gets taken over by new management. I love Krystal, but this one has always had a lot of problems. Ive eaten at that particular location a lot since 2008, but Ive had enough at this point.

Sure, the food came out correct and hot, but took over ten minutes. Staff was not friendly at all, and after going back to the counter to check on the order, was given a lot of eye rolls and attitude that they would bring it out when ready. No one with this lack of pride in their job deserves $15 an hour! Management needs to either retrain or just mass for the staff!

Didnt get to even order! I waited at the drive thru for 5 min without a answer pulled around to the window it didnt look like anyone was even inside but it was OPEN !!!! So I dont know if they were just to lazy to answer for our order or they just didnt need the business! I really would suggest a manager take care of the situation before they go out business !

This says its open 24hrs...thats a lie. Ive attempted twice and no one is ever there to take my order. I went tonight at 10:30pm and someone walked out and said this location is closed. I used to go there late hours...if its changed they need to update their hours on Google. The long waits when they are open arent really worth it anyway. =/

The food was good but the employees are very unprofessional. They suggested we not get a spicy chicken sandwich because they would have to make them fresh. The fry bin says "Have a bless day" in handwritten marker. When I ate there all of the employees were loudly carrying on in the lobby and no one was behind the counter.

Rude staff right down to mangament. Had two orders small orders that is was told "We only taking one order per customer cause of our times" Another occasion sat in drive thru 30 mins to get an order of fries that had to be returned cause they was cold an soggy if you dont have an hour plus to spare dont waste your time

Worst Krystal ever .. I ordered from the drive throw when I get the window she told me to wait then I wait for 10 min to get the wrong order .. during this time other customer came and took his order before me because hes from the same ethnicity .. dont waste your time and money in this restaurant

Would you like to go to a Krystal where it tastes like your burger has been microwaved five times? Well, this is the location for you! As a special bonus, the shift manager will touch your food with his bare hands right in front of you and deny doing so profusely!

Food is very standard Kristals fare. Service was fast. Food was assembled in a slap - dash fashion, which is saying a lot considering no one is expecting 5 star presentation from fast food. Drive through person was not rude but was not friendly either.

Worst experience on the planet! EVERYTIME I come here - we get asked to park on the side to wait for our "fast food" for between 10-15 minutes!!!! No one is holding these people accountable and its absolutely ridiculous! Go somewhere else!

Food good hot and fresh. Customer care terrible! Manager and employees with phone to there ear while waiting on people. Long wait on 3 people in store at 12:30 peak lunch hours. Should be packed. Food was right on.

Just went here and they charged me extra for adding cheese and didnt even add cheese. And dont even try to call to get issues resolved because their phone doesnt even work. This place is a joke.

Very rude drive thru attendant who blamed us for their speaker/mic not working correctly. Then we had to wait twenty minutes in the drive through for food.
