My wife and I were set to catch a show at 7:30pm at the nearby Michigan Theater. We show up to Scorekeepers at 6:00pm, figuring that almost an hour and a half is more than enough time to get some beers and food (I mean, its pub food for goodness sake). Heres the timeline: 6pm: Sit down at table 6:15pm: Waitress shows up, asks if we want anything (doesnt offer menus, we have to ask). We order some drinks. 6:40pm: Drinks show up. We order dinner. A salad, chips and salsa, and a chicken pita wrap. Only one of these items requires heat or effort. 7:13pm: I hunt down the waitress and give her my credit card and tell her to bring the bill with the food because I wont be able to get out in time if I dont close out now. 7:20pm: Food arrives. The 2 stars is because the food was actually decent. The funny thing is, I didnt even get what I ordered (asked for chicken, recieved some soy garden burger thing) but at that point I didnt care. I realize that they were not anticipating the crowd (apparently, everyone else had the same idea, because the place cleared out right at 7:28pm). BUT... if you are literally a stones throw from a 1700 person theater, it would be a reasonable thing for the manager to take a look at the Michigans website and make sure there arent any big headliners prior to making the staff schedule for the week. I honestly felt bad for our waitress. She was literally running around like a mad dash. They were clearly understaffed due to a lack of thought by the management, so I left her a great tip, as I realize that she was the one who got screwed.

AWFUL customer service. First we were accused by the manager Jason, of being liars that the sign saying "Internet" was off, while it was clearly on! Me and my girlfriend came here to have a pint of beer and have some internet access instead of going to a coffee shop. We asked at the door if we can hook up to the internet and we were advised "yes" before we even ordered. Despite the fact that none of their draft beers were working, apart from Miller light, we still ordered the beer just to find out that not only beer is not working, but the internet too! We asked politely if we get any discount since we did come for the internet access, and now we ordered and we found out that we dont, the manager was called in to come and argue with us. I said to the manager it is not about the money but a principal thing that if you advertise something that you can not offer you should make it up to the customers. Instead of offering at least a dollar off, the manager was very rude saying we were lying out of our a%@*s that the sign advertising internet access was off. It was not! Even if it was, isnt a companies responsibility to make sure customers are satisfied rather than insulted and called liars on a Saturday night? I am never going back to this place again and if you want a good night out, I woundt advice for you either!

Today I went to what has been my favorite bar (that Ive gone to quite loyally for the last 5 years) to watch the playoff game. On top of the VERY marginal quality nachos/skins I was served, they closed the bar in the middle of the 3rd quarter and suggested I go to BWW to finish watching the game. Seems playoff business isnt what it used to be. Well, guess what. It will stay that way (and get worse) because theyve lost one more customer with a practice like this. And my advice is, "dont bother" to any future customers that consider going here. Sorry to see it go. The beer menu is still impressive, and the food prices are good but ... wow. This place needs a serious visit from Gordon Ramsay in order to save it from oblivion.

Really tried to give this place a chance. Been there three times and did not approve. Service is terrible. I also lost a credit card and ID last time I went, and when I called the next day looking for it they did not appear to have even attempted to look for it. I know the credit card wasnt stolen because I repeatedly checked my balance and all my money was still there....its probably just lying around somewhere on their dirty floor. They were also rude when I called as if they were mad that I asked one simple question. If youre looking for a good bar experience, go somewhere else.

Hands down favorite bar to drink at in Ann Arbor. Always a good spot to catch a game. Real cheap happy hour 5-7pm. $1.75 bottles, and on Fridays during happy hour they have a FREE all you can eat chicken wing buffet with chips and salsa with a two drink min. purchase. The bar closes down in the summer, only open when UofM is in fall or winter semester.

Terrible service, took over 2 hours to sit down and eat bar food!! Wanted to go to hopcat across the street but it was packed, and scorekeepers was empty....... I now know why. Funny thing is the owner and his gambling addicted friends were to busy on the top floor to even pay attention to his failing establishment 5 feet under him.

Been coming here every week since 2010. Staff is very rude and banned me for something that makes no sense after being a loyal customer each week for years and causing no issues. Tap lines are never cleaned is why the draft beer tastes bad. They also pack the bar to over double the recommended capacity so many fights result.

Waitress was awful. Food was good at all. Took 20 minutes to get 2 waters. Wings were 25 cents but cold and undercooked. The entire place smells terrible, decor is 45 years too old, carpets are disgusting. Skip this place and hold your nose while you walk by.

This is my and my friends favorite place to go out to eat and watch football. Nobody is ever in there! The food prices are cheap, and the food is really good. 25 cent wings on sundays as well. Service could be a little faster, but all in all it is a great bar!

Pros: The best place to go when you are on a drinking budget. I think the best drink specials in Ann Arbor. A Sorority and Fraternity hang out spot. Always packed in the evenings, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays Cons: It smells weird

LOL this place is something special. Definitely for the younger crowd. Drink specials are decent but if youre a dude (96% of the people there), then good luck getting service.

The food is cheap, the bar and infrastructure is oretty and the service is good. The beer selection is wide but dirty and the crowd is young and rambunctious.

Awful frat bar, they serve underagers and toss you out on the street after someone hits you over the head with a glass bottle and robs you blind.

Crowded sports bar, cheap drinks, and bad music -- Not in a bad way though! Geared towards college aged University of Michigan crowd.

Was the spot to be in 08. Sure it is still hopping! Great sports bar, then turns into a great night club when the games are over!

Ehhh if you looking for a frat boy bar this is it. Service was slow, beer was not that cold and I was not bro enough to be here.
