Terrible experience. We were ignored at the host podium for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. When seated, we waited for 20 minutes before having to ask someone to take our drink and food order. Then it took 45 minutes for them to bring us the wrong food, and another 20 to bring us the correct food. The staff was doing the same to everyone seated around us. We again had to flag down the waiter to bring us the check. He never came to check on us once during our meal to see if we needed anything (refills, chips, salsa, etc.) All the while staff the members were standing around not doing anything and did not seem concerned with doing their job. It was obvious to me that the staff does not care about customer service. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

I sat at the barand placed an order for speedy Gonzales with chicken and beans tea to drink with a Corona. Waitrees left and then asked if my drink was a coke. The food arri ed and there was no beans just rice. Had to ask for silverware and then had to ask for Corona be because the waitress never placed the order. There are more employees than customers. Hum I wonder if more training is needed or if I shold stop some where else next time.

I ordered the nachos supreme one word....incredible. I also ordered the strawberry mojito and it was refreshing, the alcohol was in perfect sync with the mint leaves and strawberries, it was made to order and handcrafted to perfection. These guys know the meaning of great customer service. My server was very attentive and helpful. I am definitely bringing the wife and my friends here and i will be coming back VERY soon.

Yes the food may be okay, however they are thieves! We went to eat there and my son left his DS sitting on the table. We went back in to get it and they had cleared our table and took the DS. We asked to speak to the manager and they said "it is not here" and did not even come out from behind the counter. There was no other customers in there at the time. It had to be one of the employees that flat out stole it.

EDIT: At about 2 AM I woke up with a nice case of food poisoning. Yaaay... The waitress seemed very confused with her job title. Food came out to the table at different times and nothing seemed to taste authentic, and it came barely warm. I believe the Margaritas are good so you cant tell that the food is not that great and that it is served slightly warm. Thanks but I will not be coming back.

It was pretty good. Prices seem a little high compared to what were used to around Roswell for similar. Best value is the softshell taco (under $3), large portion. I ordered the 2 taco combo with chicken for $8.50. the shells were standard good-sized grade, a little soggy on one side. Everything was standard fair, no surprises, good sized portions, good seasoning.

My son and I were two of four people here at 5:45. The others were at the baor drinking margaritas. Waitresses sat in a booth chatting the entire time. Cheese dip lumpy; black beans served on plate with huge chip. Pointed this out to waitress who did not know why I handed it back to her. No wonder its a ghost town. Tiny bowl of lumpy cheese = $3.50. Ridiculous!

Great food. Really great margaritas. We come here almost weekly. We have found that the food and service is decidedly better when they are not busy, so go at an off peak time or day. Mondays and Thursdays kids eat free and monday thru thursday from 4-8 is happy hour. They give a 10% discount if you pay by cash too. :-)

This place is going downhill. We eat there frequently but have started to experience bad service regularly. The last two visits have been really bad. The food is typically good but the people working there seem to be either unintuitive or apathetic. After that tonight we will be finding a new mexican restaurant.

I went there for lunch and ordered off the lunch menu but they tried to charge me non-lunch prices. When I complained to the manager she only wanted to take the drinks off.... Then threw her hand up in my face when I refused to pay that price. I paid the lunch price and left....I will never go back.

This is one of the better Mexican restaurants around the area. Great service and great food. 4 out of five because they have Pepsi and not coke. The fact that they still get four stars with having Pepsi should be a huge compliment and should not be taken lightly.

Favorite authentic mexican restaurant. Kid friendly but also great for a night out. Been dining at this location and Commerce for years. Food is consistently the perfect portion and delicious. Staff is always attentive and courteous. I highly recommend!

We only eat here for mexican food. The salsa is the best and the food is alway fresh, hot and best quality. We tried other in Barrow county and Braselton but Lahacienda has beat them each time. The price for portions cant be beat either.

We ate dinner at La Hacienda and really enjoyed the food. Our only complaint would be that it was way too much food. Rice and beans were authentic mexican and the waitstaff aimed to please. We would eat there again.

My favorite local restaurant! The food is excellent and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The prices are also very reasonable. Give it a try if youre passing through the area and you wont be disappointed!!

I dont usually like Mexican food but we stopped here because everyone else wanted Mexican . I ordered the seafood chimichanga , I really enjoyed it . I would rate this the best Mexican food Ive ever had !
