So my BF and I got there at 8:40 tonight, a Sunday. Yall are supposed to close and nine and ol girl behind the counter as soon as we walk in says ugh, lock the door. So the other girl comes around the corner and says "do you need help" to ol girl and she says again "lock the door" the other girl said "why, what time is it" Ol girl then looks at me and says what kind bread? Like making this sandwich is about to make or break her life, yall. And Im like oh, Im sorry what time do yall close? Shes says its fine I said what kind of bread. So I get my sandwich made with plenty of extra salt from ok girl and leave and I wasnt even to the car before they turned the open sign off. And this was a grown ass woman not some teeny bopper. Point being, dont employ rude incompetent people who cant even handle a full shift of MAKING SANWHICHES.

The staff here is always friendly and the place is clean. I work walking distance away and come here once a week. There will be a line to the door and the employees work together to get everyones orders in despite rude and impatient customers. Sandwiches are consistent and I love Free Cookie Friday :) Today a customer made a pretty condescending comment to the young girl working behind the counter about how she didnt want her sandwich toasted "because its a cold cut... a COLD CUT... A COOOOOLD CUT" But she stayed humble and kept going so I had to finally write my review. Minus one star because Im vegetarian and sometimes have to remind them to change gloves from meat side to veggie side because I dont like my veggies covered in meat juice. Theyre always polite about it though :) See yall next time.

This is the worst subway I have ever been at ! If I could give this no stars believe I would . The people who work here are garbage , they dont pay attention to what you say at all . The young lady was too Ingrossed in her phone to listen what I was saying& in result Put the wrong things on my sub twice . This leading them to throw away two sandwiches and make me the correct one I acted for . My husband chicken bacon ranch wasnt even toasted correctly , the chicken was ice cold , the bacon was clearly not cooked right . They were out of almost all the bread . They had no tuna fish . The spinach and lettuce had clearly been sitting there for a good while. They were out of cups for the kid meal and toys for the kid meal . The owner of this place should fire and rehire all new people .

To Dear TJ, TJ is the store manager. And apparently he thinks that the tuna thats left over and sitting at the bottom of the container is fresh tuna. "All our tuna is fresh," he said, rudely, to a customer that asked for their sandwich to be a particular way. Then he rolled his eyes and continued to have an attitude. If a customer has a request on how their food should be made, it is not the person who is fixing it, or the managers place to say anything about it. Other than dear rude TJ, my experience was great with the young lady who fixed my sandwich and the young man who rang me up.

This store needs a major overhaul. The glass over food is filty crumbs and hair in the grooves. The cutting boards dirty should be replaced. The floors are extremely dirty along with counter top and door handles. The food sections has frozen clumps of ice. This is the worst subway Ive ever been in. I travel weekly the small town subways are by far most clean & fresh atmosphere of baked bread. This place deserves a zero management should be ashame. I just saw worker place the salad cutter inside salad being made by co-worker. Which the handles should never have touched any food.

This is oddly the best Subway Ive found in Atlanta. The staff are just incredibly nice, efficient, funny and friendly and know how to make a good sandwich. The place is always spotlessly clean.

The staff here are completely incompetent. I ordered a spicy Italian sub with no alterations from the menu at all and had to tell them five times what I wanted (no hyperbole)
