Mediocrity at its best on a beautiful Friday night! Drink selection: I asked about other Italian red wines, besides the single one they have on the menu. I was corrected by the server: "We are European, not Italian" Wait, what? As far as I remember, Tuscany is a region in Italy and it says Tuscany above the door....possible name change in the future? Also, majority of your wines are from California and Australia. So, come again?! The food selection: I started ordering the Mussels as appetizer and then Bucatini Pasta. "We are out of Mussels, but we have Mussels in the Seafood Pasta" Hmmm, no mussels - Caesar salad instead. Gotten some nice warm bread, one white roll and one dark roll. After a few minutes, we asked about another 2 white rolls. "Those are sourdough", I was corrected again. I apologize, I must not have seen the label on the rolls, neither the Sysco box where you probably got em from. Food - was alright, easily forgettable flavors and presentation. But, 4 shrimp on a knotted bamboo pick (most expensive skewers out there) and I get a aluminum spoon with my pasta which reminds me of a college cafeteria and doesnt even match the rest of the silverware. Well, Im glad there are better restaurants out there.

I had a pretty daring moment. I entered a deli and fancied jambalaya! Yes, theres jambalaya on the menu made with linguine pasta, no rice nor sausage (not sure if its still considered jambalaya). In other words, its not Cajun style. Granted, its a "Tuscany" cafe so I didnt expect a true jambalaya. There are a few other pasta dishes but dont get too excited; the menu is primarily "gourmet" sandwiches and salads. Thankfully, I wasnt let down w/ the jambalaya. Of all places to go - this is better than the immediate Italian cafeterias. Its not saying much but save a trip to the much more expensive, impersonating little Italy spots. I say this is better than those noisy, hectic places. Unfortunately, theres not a variety - sandwiches, sandwiches, pasta, steak, sandwiches. On the bright side, its super quiet and located in a clean neighborhood square cornered by trees and mid-rise buildings. Its very cosmopolitan! Theres parking in front of the cafe, no need to pay. Plenty of good vibes here, try it out.

HAIR! We loved the place and used to visit all of the time, as our office was right across the street. I returned hoping for the same experience (years later) only to be underwhelmed. As the staff remembered me, I made a point not to complain, still pay (and tip) but to let them know it just wasnt the same. As Im packing the remainder of my food in the to-go box I not a very long blonde hair in the food. I make it known to the manager who proceeds to say "so do you no longer want the sandwich?" I quickly reply "absolutely not" she says "thanks, have a nice day" and walks off, not even an apology nor any effort to rectify the problem. I feel badly for the server for not tipping, but I was originally under the impression that someone wouldve fixed the problem, not just sent me on my way. I will not be back and will recommend that all of the friends ( that I have previously referred) do the same! Still cant believe it!

I couldnt believe how rude the server was. If not for her compete lack of customer service skills, I would give the place 4 stars. The only real downside is the price, but everything in that area is pricey. My salad was tiny and the greens were definitely not fresh. It was $12 for the jerk salmon salad (for lunch). The salmon was awesome, but when I told the server the salad wasnt fresh she scowled at me and told me it was. Im not just saying there were a few old, mushy parts or arugula and spinach (which there were). The romaine was dry and wilted. It wasnt the biggest problem, but still, I dont know how hey thought it was okay to serve to customers, especially for that price. I just wanted her to bring me some different lettuce, but she literally turned around and walked away while I was trying to talk to her. It was like she was a cocktail waitress at a dive bar, I couldnt believe it.

I go here all the time. The owners even know my name. They are very friendly - especially Rebecca. The food is fresh, all made from scratch. And Ive never had a bad meal. Lunch is my favorite time to go - although Ive had their breakfast too and its awesome. Save room for dessert. Head chef and owner makes them from scratch too. I beg for his chocolate chip cookies. But Ive also been spoiled by his chocolate croissants, apple pie, chocolate mousse cake, and others too numerous to list. Ooh, there was a berry cobbler once that was amazing. In the Fall, watch out for his Butternut squash soup - its amazing.

Tuscany is *outstanding*. The fresh fish and meat, at high quality and correctly served (which separates the great restaurants from the average ones) are a terrific value. Think about it-- for four more bucks than some fast-food value-meal, Tuscany creates customized meals for patrons with great spices. I personally recommend the Blackened Salmon BLT ($9.99 includes a side)...its best meal ive had in Atlanta recently. My friends have been getting the pie meals and pastries, and all have been satisfied. Our business is nearby, and we eat there often. I find not one thing wrong with Tuscany Market Cafe. A+

Average experience - came in for a café mocha, asked for a small was given /charged for a large. Tasty though. Ordered deli sandwich to go - chicken salad. Tasty as well. Asked for provolone cheese. Kinda skimpy pieces and didnt seem any thought was put into making the sandwich because cheese was kinda in one spot. Ambiance is OK nothing really stands out as unique. Prices seem a little high generally.

Felt like we were in Tuscany. We discovered this hidden gem when we were searching for a place to eat pasta. This place didnt disappoint us. Soup of the day was good and both pasta dishes tested good as well. Despite Saturday evening it wasnt crowded and we enjoyed our time. I will recommend this place for Italian food cravings.

Fantastic fresh food. We love this spot because of its amazing food quality, locally sourced ingredients and friendly, family-owned atmosphere. We are loyal customers for over 7 years now. My main advice is to try it at least twice... once for lunch once for dinner. It is like going to two different restaurants!

Food and price point were fantastic, as well as the location less than a five minute drive from my office (which is directly off 400), but I probably wont go for lunch with coworkers again because of how much time it took to get my food. Ill definitely go back again - just not when I have a time limit.

Lovely. Small. Pristine environment. Breakfast, lunch, dinner- always excellent, quality, taste, presentation. Eat in or take out, always satisfied. Understated uniqueness. One of a kind. Every order feels special.

We had a weekday spouse lunch. The service was great. The food was fresh and delicious. We had a Salmon salad, a Cuban sandwich and a lemon tart for dessert. We will be back!
