Disappointed is the only word that describes my experience. The place has high-end prices but low-rent food quality. The macchiato I requested in a to-go cup was only a quarter filled and tasted awful! It was not a macchiato by no means! It was merely a shot of espresso from a presumably unclean machine. The madeleine was mediocre, not quite soft, but it was buttery. The lasagna was saucy, it wasnt terrible but was topped with too much cheese! I tasted mostly cheese in every bite. Its a shame, no one should remember their lasagna for the overload of cheese. The best part of the experience was the pinch of garden salad garnished on my plate. I looked forward to my visit and it was not at all satisfying. If I return, It will be for the desserts since its their biggest hit. However, I wasnt at all electrified staring at the pastry display.

Good bakery, service could improve. Owner very rude especially when she makes mistakes. I placed an order of 24 mini tarts and paid for it in advance. When I went to pick it up, she didnt reserve them for me. Her responds after me asking how that happened was... "things happen", just like that. Lucky me that they had some tarts left there that I could take with me, but not what I had ordered. I found her responds and attitude rude and unprofessional. I felt that she did not value me as a costumer. I have been a regular costumer since they opened their doors to the public. I also have been bringing many people there that became clients. Probably Collete needs to remember that good costumer service is essential to sustain a business and move it from good to a great one.

This place is AWESOME! Very French like atmosphere. High ceilings, double French entry doors with a small sitting/ waiting area along with about 9 cafe tables and chairs. We went in December and didnt see any outdoor seating. The customer service is outstanding! Such lovely, kind people. Even the owner came out and talked with the customers. On our first visit we bought the leek soup, spinach quiche, croissants, fresh brewed coffee, Napoleon eclair, and a vanilla yule log. And a few croissants to go. We will definitely be back!

This is a must if you love French food and pastries!! Finally an actual authentic French bakery and cafe!! My husband and I try to get to Paris once a year and always come back craving authentic French bread Crepes and pastries. I have been craving a real almond croissant since last year and had one today from Collet that rivals the one we had in Paris and the Loire Valley. If you want the real deal she is the only one in town to even consider!!

Freshly baked pastries and beatifully decorated desserts. This place also serves lunch that I did not know of until my friend told me. I had a cup of spinach soup and ham and cheese crepe, both were delicious. The only thing I wish they could change is make it a bit more cozy, maybe different furniture?

Great pastries and the coffee is legit. They do put away their non-pastry foods pretty warly, so dont go expecting a late lunch or early dinner. It also feels pretty bare and sterile in the decor, due to lack of mood lighting or rugs. Very bare hones, but the food is top notch.

The pastries are delicious! But the service awful. We tried to place and order for the cakes twice and every time were told to come next day because she is busy. We come but she was busy again and again. She asked us to text her. I did and still waiting for the response.

Always a treat to eat here. The pastries are delicious and made perfectly every time. The savories are scrumptious. It gets pretty busy Sunday mornings so come early! Also the tables are a little cramped if you order several things or come with more than two people!

My experences with Colletts French Pastey Cafe have been consistent. The service is consistantently good and the food is consistentantly fresh and excellent. The music and the art give you the impression that youre in a Cafe in Paris

Fabulously authentic French pastry shop. Flakiest croissant Ive ever had and most incredible smoked salmon croque monsieur. Collet came out and wished us a bon appetit just before our meal. Will come back anytime Im in town!

This place is such a calming place to be when you are just looking for a sweet cake or other sweets. It is like a Paris Caffè with music and very nice staff You could even order a cake. This is why i recomend this place.

This French bakery/café (looks like French salon de thé) is great! Delicious Chausson au pommes (Apple Turnover) and all the pastries are so delicious. People are great too. Xfinity wifi, and easy parking. Will be back!

Pastry does not get better than that. The most authentic French pastry place I know off in Georgia. The Alpharetta crowed turns this place into a culinary hotspot especially during lunch time.

The bakery is awesome and there baked goods are great. The coffee was not as good as I expected it to be, but regardless the bakery is great and I would recommend giving them a shot.

Tried them twice - eclair & napoleon - both times the pastries were a bit burnt. Cream was on point tho. This place is BUSY. Grab a table as soon as you see one available.

Lovely pastries, service and ambiance. The apple turnover and cheese danish were exquisite. They are located on the corner in the big building with the Roman columns.

My french friend recommended here. Lunch time gets very crowded. Some of their food runs out quickly. However, their taste of food are best in town.

One of a mere handful of true French cafes in the Atlanta area. If youre in the neighborhood, youre missing something if you dont stop by.

My favourite cafe for brunch and cakes! Amazing date place ~ only thing is that its a bit small and space and parking is limited
