Update per my exp today! I GIVE UP GOING HERE AT THIS POINT. Ordered online, cinnamon crunch bagel to be sliced and toasted. Pretty simple you would think. I received a cold bagel with sesame seeds and oats. See my picture. It seems like a simple complaint but its just as simple for the person preparing to just take them off. It wasnt apart of my order and didnt taste well mixed together. The manager pretty much blew it off after advising of my previous issues with this location and my current one. She said she didnt know what else can be done to avoid this and she thanked me for telling her. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to implement a cleaning between orders into the rountine. But Im sooo done stick a fork in me. My Comcast teams says they dont know why I still go there. I see thats Im not the first to complain about STEVE, the black manger. My experience this morning puts the icing on the cake. I ordered the same exact order today that I did last week. A sandwich and a cinnamon bagel. I placed my order while getting off the interstate. I arrived a few minutes later and my order wasnt ready. The lady at the register asked 1x if my order was ready followed by Steve asking 2x. It was when I got to work that I realized that my eggs were not scramble as I ordered. I called back and followed the prompts for a manger. I reached a female, explained the situation to her and was placed on hold for Steve. The whole conversation with Steve was based around me being the issue. When I advised him that my eggs were not as ordered Steve responded saying We dont do scramble eggs I explained to him that I had just ordered the same exact order today the same way I did just last week. He expressed again we dont do that, they mustve done it that time but we dont do that. I said that wasnt explained to me when I ordered then or when I ordered it today. His excuse was she was new. I asked him how was that my fault. He repeated himself again so I said Ill be back tomorrow for my refund. Without giving me his name, he said to just tell them his name when I come in. Ridiculous coming from a manger. The bagels always taste like the previous sliced bagels. If I order a cinnamon bagel sour cream bagel doesnt taste good with it. They normally have new ppl with no product knowledgement working in the AM. Running in before is not a smart idea. Can someone recommend a different bagel place please.. I work off of North Point Parkway. Im new to the area.

My daughter and I stopped here last Friday at 9:30 pm, 30 minutes before closing. My order was rang up incorrectly but I did not know it until I got my food. I was so hungry I ate the salad anyways with no complaints. That is until the employees, including Steve the manager, were verbally complaining how people were still coming it. More people arrived at 9:50 and they were pissy. Saying that people should go someplace that stays open late. The lady making the food even used curse words. The lady at the register told the last couple if they were going to come 5 minutes before closing that they should have called ahead. We love Panera. However, this location demonstrated horrible customer service and sad, disgruntled employees. We will never ever frequent this location again.

I love Panera. My husband and I go once a week at least, whether were together or on our own. This particular store seems to be lacking in the customer service department. It always seems as if we are waiting a long time at the counter to have our order taken even when we see employees buzzing about in the back room. Food takes longer than normal to come out, even when there are minimal customers in the store. The staff is friendly enough and the food is always hot and great, but this particular store needs a little lesson in customer service and efficiency. Weve visited many other locations before and so far this one seems to be the slowest in service. Convenience of location and the great food is what keeps us coming back. Hopefully they can pick up the pace a little.

I love panera bread. Its one of my favorite lunch spots for sure. And a great place to get some work done, but I got my food to go today at this specific location and I was so disappointed. I got a panini and it was so soggy. I took a bite out of it and literally all the ingredients fell out onto my plate. And the soup I got was maybe luke warm at best. I will be back, but most likely not when it is so busy. They dont seem to be as high quality when they are so busy. I also asked one of the girls behind the counter to top off my lemonade between customers (I didnt want to interrupt), and she was NOT happy about it. She gave me a bit of attitude. Good luck Panera fans :-)

I normally dont complain but honey I had to. The customer service was horrible . I ordered through rapid pick up and it was ready in 20 minutes. The girl was rude by saying "it may be on the other side" I looked twice but unfortunately it was not there . I work in customer service & this was handled in the wrong way . No apology from the associates. No honey & no coffee cup holders . I had to ask for everything . My bagel was toasted but cold . I love Panera but this location was rude. Im sorry this was the career you chose. May need to rethink it.

Updated review July 19, 2017: the turn over in staff is not helping. Sandwiches are not built on a clean surface. When I asked for the white cardboard thats used between the serving tray, the answer was "we build the sandwich on the serving tray". Appalling!! The serving trays are not clean!! They are reused without being cleaned. Updated review. Cleanliness has gone out the window. Sandwich was not on the white cardboard. It was on the plastic plate that is reused. Panini was burnt or was touching some other burnt surface

I order online so I can stop by on my way to work. I expect to just walk in and pick up my order. But the last three times something has been wrong so I have to stick around while they fix it. Ruining my schedule. The ladies there act like its my fault my order is wrong. No one apologizes or offers "the free treat" as written on their receipt when my order is wrong. No wonder this place is hiring, because the two ladies I have dealt with do not enjoy working there.

Standard Panera.. good food, have always gotten great service here... Line seems to move quickly when it gets long... But 4 stars because the place never has seating during busy lunch hours, esp when its raining or cold and outdoor seating... Wish they could expand or move to a bigger location. Also, parking is a pain here.. super busy shopping center. Been parking below at soon yo be D&B, but have a feeling those days are limited.

If youre trying to study do NOT go here. Theres always those laptop huff n puffers sitting in the corner acting like its Starbucks. They have very friendly workers and a lot of table space so dont be intimidated by how many people you see theres tables hidden in places you wouldnt imagine. Some even far far away from the people who dont have wifi at home.
