We chose this location as a work lunch to say goodbye before our team went on holiday break. We arrived around 12:30PM, during lunch hour but we had made a reservation. We were seated right away. That was where the good ended. First, it took over 10 minutes to get anyone to come over and acknowledge we were there. When one of us finally flagged down a server, we were told they would be right with us. One of the members of our party requested water to which the server replied, "Ill get it, it is right there" and pointed to a tray. We waited another 5 minutes before another member of our party decided to get our drinks for himself. He grabbed 2 glasses which was apparently the equivalent of slapping the servers mother in the face, and the server magically appeared out of nowhere to lecture and let us know that he will do it. The anger and annoyance on this guys face was downright frightening. He came over shortly later and began handing out the water, keep in mind we have had no positive interaction with our server in the 20+ minutes since sitting down. Another person on our team made the mistake of asking for a glass of water without ice. The server assured her he would get it and disappeared for another 10 minutes. When he reappeared he finally decided to take our order, not our drink order mind you, just our order. Also keep in mind we all had empty glasses at this point. I think 3 people may have gotten a refill, you can add a 4th from the water with ice that wasnt used from the person who asked for water with no ice. Even the manner in which he took our orders was hostile. His face was strained with impatience and annoyance at our very existence. He came to one person in our party who had diet restrictions and dared to ask a question about the menu. The server stood and stared at us dumbfounded and said nothing, so a person in our party, trying to be helpful, said "he cant have meat" to which the server replied with the utmost contempt and hostility, "I KNOW WHAT HE WANTS I AM TRYING TO THINK WHAT WE HAVE" The conversation at the table ceased and we all stared at this guy. I have never, in my entire life, ever dealt with a server as hostile as this. If I encountered someone on the street who treated me in the same way, I would seriously consider calling the police for fear of physical harm. I became afraid to look up from the table for fear of making eye contact. So clearly we have a failure in the area of friendliness of staff ;-) Understanding that we arrived during the lunch hour rush, we were understanding of how long it took for the food to arrive. However, not once was anyone asked if they wanted tea, a soda, wine, nothing. And at no point did anyone get a refill of the water we initially received. We were there for so long that the place began to clear out. However, this did not increase the amount of time it took to get a reaction from anyone in the restaurant. We were mostly ignored. When the bills finally arrive, 20% gratuity already added in..... we gave the server our payment right away. We were ready to go. Experience had been terrible, food was just ok, and we were all very very thirsty. We then had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for this guy to process our payment. We were a party of 12, I get it. It takes time but COME ON! Seriously. This is what you do for a living. Certainly you can process payment, right? On the way out of the door, we stopped to tell the front about our experience. Rather than apologize or inquire further about our experience, she blamed us for not saying something sooner.... so... ok. Well, needless to say, we wont be going back and I cant recommend anyone go there for a work lunch anytime soon. You may get the hostile server who doesnt refill drinks.

I was traveling in the area on business and came across this gem. It was a Monday night. The doors werw dark and I couldnt see lights on, yet there cars in the parking lot. I hesitated but walked up and the doors opened. The restaurant decor is beautiful and the menu is rather extensive. My server, Graham, was excwllwnt. He was friendly and took his time explaining the various options to me. My choice was Mousakka (which is like a Greek lasagna) with a side Greek salad . It was fantastic. The manager of the location, Alex, was also friendly and checked on me while dining to ensure that I was enjoying my experience. This restaurant has a high standard set for providing the best customer service. Im so happy that I took the chance to open that dark door. (Side note: in my opinion the glass on the door should be lightened or something added to the immediate door area itself to make the entrance inviting. It looked like a closed restaurant)

The Diner at North Point is an excellent place to dine as well as celebrating a milestone. My husband and I had a our wedding there and it was a beautiful event. The staff was courteous, polite and attentive to my needs (and wants). The space they created was also fabulous they took the time to meet with me and my husband to understand our vision and the they took the steps to help us realize our wedding day dreams. On top of being affordable, everything and I mean everything was delicious. My wedding was in July of 2014 and my guests are silll telling me how great everything tasted. From the salmon to the filet everything was perfect. I would refer ( and I do ) this place over and over and again. I cannot thank them enough for the part they played on my special day.

We have been here many times in the past but have only ventured here for special occasions twice. We always make a reservation when we go on a busy day out of respect and they "say" they have reservations here. Not just the call ahead seating that we see everywhere now. Both times we have made reservations and gone we have waited over 30 minutes and today were seated after everyone in the lobby had been seated and not all had reservations. Also we learned from the hostess that the owners told them to seat any and everyone with or without reservation. Frustrating to say the least that we support a restaurant whose owners only care about profit and not experience. We will not be back. The rest of the staff was great just were set up for failure.

- I was very impressed by this restaurant! My family was in town and we unexpectedly ended up here. It was late and they were nearly shut down for the evening. We were contemplating ordering take out and they graciously invited us to stay! The service was extraordinary! Our party of 6 had everything from chicken soup, salads, pasta dishes, veggies and roast beef. The bread with its condiments is to die for! The food was prepared and presented beautifully. For the prices the portions of food were tremendous. My parents are VERY particular and they had a wonderful time! We highly recommend this restaurant!
