Once I returned home from purchasing our subs, I realized that both orders were incorrect. I returned to the store to have the order remade. I did not receive an apology at anytime during my return visit to have the order corrected. The staff did not have any sense of urgency to correct my order and have me out of the restaurant in a timely manner. The cashier took the bag from me and placed it on the counter informing the staff preparing the sandwiches that the meat were placed on the wrong bread. It seemed as though, they were just going to swap the meats. I then asked if they would remake the entire sandwich. the person that seemed to be the manager on duty, with an attitude stated "that is what were going to do, I need to know what was on the sandwich". I explained how the sandwich were to be made. Once I received the remade sandwiches, I checked the sandwiches before I left, and once again one of them was incorrect. I brought it to the attention of the staff member that there was honey mustard on the sandwich and I asked for no sauce. The staff stated, "its not on the whole sandwich", as though I should be ok with the mistake. Again, with attitude she remade the sandwich. I watched her throw the bread in the toaster, slap the meat and cheese on the bread with attitude. I felt as though I was in the wrong for wanting to actually have the sandwich made the way I liked. The staff had no sense of urgency with getting me the corrected sandwiches. The original order was placed at 12:50 pm, I live about 3 miles from store. I got home, got settled in my house clothes, ready to enjoy my meal and realized that the subs were wrong. I returned to the store about 1:15 and did not leave the store with the correct product until 2:00 pm. Instead of enjoying the sandwich, I had to return home, hurry up and eat, so that I could pick up my son from school at 2:25. I have visited this location several times and this is the first time I have had such dissatisfying service. Im not sure if the management and crew has changed, but the crew that was there on this date 9/5/17 at 12:50 did not do the company any justification of the usual friendly atmosphere and service.

Staff was nice but I was not impressed with the visit. Sandwich was decent, nothing that separates it. The soda machine was down and they only had diet coke, water, and milk, in the small refrigerator. Manager was going to refund drinks but when we got water (because that was the only option for us) he left us with the drink charge. All the hot sauces were all sticky on the outside and many of them had very little sauce left inside. Great selection of sauces though. Kind of pricey for what it is. $22 bucks for 2 combos and a kid sandwich. Stick with Publix. Better value IMO.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. Ive never written a review before but I had to for this experience. All the customers and I have been waiting over 30 minutes for a sub. This is insane. I have no idea what the staff is doing back there. They look like theyre making food but its coming out at a crawl. I will never be back.

Fairly fast service without sacrificing quality. If youve been to a firehouse before, this one is no different from a taste or menu perspective, but if you are jonesin for a Hook and Ladder or a New York Steamer, you are safe to go to this one.

The worst firehouse Ive EVER!!! been to it takes so long for a sub to be made just sad. I found a couple nats in my sub when I looked at it to make sure it was made correctly and I had to pay for another one yeah not coming back here

My original review January 2012 was not exactly nice, but today we had a much better experience. The place was clean and the staff was nice. Our sandwiches were hot n tasty and the overall experience was good.
