This review is taking place not five minutes after "finishing " my order. I ordered a sandwich named, "The Moose " and in short summation its a roast beef sandwich that would be made in a manner that sounded delicious, judging by the menus description. When my Moose arrived the french fries were soggy, which is not a problem as its expected given the jungle like humidity inside the tray it arrived in. The main course though fortunately was not soggy, it also was not the sandwich I ordered either. The one I got was the poorest example of a pork sandwich, the bread was hard at the ends flaccid in the center with a sliver of grossly over cooked cheese that covered about 20% of the bun. That there in lies the problem with the incorrect order I was fortunate enough to receive. Whomever made this sandwich showed a basic lack of someone who takes one itty bitty bit of pride in their chosen profession. Sir or maam I salute you, you have managed to perpetuate the assumptions about restaurants and everything else in Albany. Thank God my wife ordered the lemon yaki wings which were pedestrian at best, but in comparison to my sandwich looked and tasted like something deserving of an international culinary award that would make the Virgin Mary herself proud to gnaw the knuckle off the bone.

Im giving it three stars because my husband liked the wings he received, and the Cajun fries were good. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich. When I received it, the bread was a bit soggy. I didnt really care for the sandwich. My waitress took it back and I attempted to order something else. My waitress came back to the table and told me the manager would not take my previous order off my ticket...wanted me to pay for two meals. One of which I didnt eat!! Ive never had this happen before!! Overall, the waitresses here are very friendly, some of the food is good. The management sucks. We will not return to this particular location!!!

Its my favorite restaurant in town. Atmosphere is highly important to my dining experience. Its a great place to bring clients, take the kids and family out for dinner, and even to have a good night on the town with friends. The food is real food... Which is a break from most of the places in town. The drinks are always made right. My favorite thing about the whole place is the upbeat and positive attitudes you see displayed by the employees. That is what sets this place apart from the rest of the food establishments here in Albany, which more often than not, leave my experience underwhelming. Thanks Locos and Much Love!

Visited here a few nights ago, had terrible service. Waiter took 20 minutes to greet our table and then another 15 to get our drinks. when she finally brought our drinks, she took the order of the person sitting behind us that had only been there a few minutes! She waited to take our order for another ten minutes. My wife and I finally ordered and received our food. The food was good, we didnt see her again until 30 minutes after we got our food. she came back and gave us our bill. We didnt tip her. This isnt the first time we have dealt with a problem at locos here in albany. We will not come back.

This Locos does a pretty fair job and are usually very busy. I would love to see a couple of menu changes. Please make a wings meal offering sides and, second, sweet potato fries are very popular; I would love to see these added. This is especially a better choice for diabetics. PS: there is a waiter there who wears his pants wayyyy tooo baggy! the other day you could see his underwear and back. (short black guy). I think the girls wear too short shorts at times. I think there needs to be a dress/uniform code of jeans and Locos Tee; just my opinion.

One of our favorite bars to visit! The one on the Upper East Side is even better well, larger, anyways, so more chances of getting a seat!. Craft Beers that are constantly rotating so you can always expect something new AND of great quality every time you stop in. Unlike the beer menu, the food menu is always the same. The Roasted Chicken sandwich is super tasty and the fried pickles are yum! Plus, the bartenders love talking about beer and KNOW their stuff. Ask for a taste before trying a new beer they always oblige!

The Best on everything. Warm, freindly, they both go above and beyond to make sure you had a good dining experience at Locos! Nice mangement! Thats why I will keep coming back. Always enjoyed the service and the food. Everyone is very accommodating and they even have delivery system. I typically like to enjoy my meal on their patio which is the only place i have ever seen a mess. Not sure if it just stays busy and the staff runs out of time/hands for cleaning or what but usually the tables outside are sticky. Other than that, i love this Locos.

Service was cheerful but hard to run down the waitress for refills and check. One the up side we werent rush like most chain restaurants. Ordered three tenders and some fries. The tenders were smaller than the fries. By that I mean a single tender was smaller than a single fry. It tasted good but very disappointed to pay $8 for what was smaller than a kiddie meal.

People and service was great. I ordered 10 piece classic wings. Wings were excellent. I really enjoy celery and blue cheese with my wings. Very skimpy on the celery. Six-inch piece of celery cut into four strips. So I had four very thin pieces of celery. Otherwise great place to go.

I love this place. Born and raised here in the Good Life city and this place has the best staff in town. Everyone is friendly and awesome. The food is fantastic! Plus they have a great variety of draft beers, craft beers, and liquors and spirits. Easily my favorite spot in town.

So I ordered delivery and when I got it it was light and when I opened it they didnt give u as much as u thought I mean it was like a big to go box with little food u can count how many pieces u have smh so disappointed I wont do it again its not worth the amount I paid for smh

It has gone downhill since it opened. The bathrooms arent cleaned often, you can hear the kitchen staff using vulgar language, the wait staff can be seen eating in the prep bay, and theyve removed a lot of items off their menu. I wouldnt recommend dining in, not worth it.

Nothing short of garbage! I ordered two double cheeseburgers with extra cheese, well done no vegetables or condiments. I finally get the food and it has everything on it and theyre raw. Called them to get it right but was put on hold and then disconnected. Make it right!

First time going was just about 20 mins ago, was say sat down by a nice young lady, a malr who I guess was my server came and placed a napkin coaster then walked about. I waited for about 10 mins and he was just standing there. No drink order taken or anything.
