We went To watch the Playoffs of our Local Hockey team.. Every Customer there was there to watch the game. We arrived at 545 by 615 we still had not been asked what we would like to drink , when i finally got her attention she acted as if i was bothering her. i went ahead and ordered our drinks and appetizers, just because I realized it was so busy. by 745 we still had not gotten our appetizers. and everyone else that came after us had gotten their orders. I went to speak to the very rude so called Manager. When I started to explain my situation she got very nasty towards me because I used the word damn. i apologized but she continued to wave her hands at me and tell me she wasnt concerned with the issue . 10 mins later she came to my table after my husband asked for her so he could address the issue and when he said you brushed my wife off she denied that. I tried to talk to her and she would cut me off I got very angry. This was the worst service I have ever had ..The worst part is that if your So called Manager isnt handling the issues then your servers will never be any good. By the time we got our food it was very cold. We were not the only people that had this issue. If your store does not want the CottonMouth fans there. then please dont offer us to come and watch the games there.! I can not blame my servers much I have to Blame the Manager! And then have the nerve to add 18% gratuity to a ticket.. SMH!!!!

Ill be honest, I wanted to like this place. Its 7 minutes from where I work. Unfortunately, the last 3 times Ive been in I did not have time to eat my food. I get an hour for lunch and as I said before, I work 7 minutes from this location. The first time I ate by myself and the food took so long I had to have them make my order to-go. The second time I ate with my boyfriend and again we had to get the food to-go because it took so long. Today I walked in the door about 12:10 and asked for a table for one. I sat and waited, watching a couple of servers walk by and not once did anyone look at my table or even acknowledge I was there. Finally, at 12:25 I asked the host if I could please get a server to my table. I ordered the Great Dane grilled cheese and did not receive it until 12:44. Ive worked in the restaurant industry for 7 years and 20 minutes is not a bad waiting time on food. Maybe a little for a grilled cheese from a less than busy Locos though. I didnt ask for my food to-go this time, instead I tried to eat as much as I possibly could in the very small time frame I had left. Im not aware of my servers name nor do I think this is 100% her fault. That would be unfair. This is an issue with the whole place. You need team work and better customer service. I wont be making my way to Locos for lunch again, three times is too many for the same mistake.

My boyfriend and I pit stopped in Columbus to have dinner with a friend and had the WORST experience at Locos. We decided to sit inside because it was pretty humid out and that was a HUGE mistake!!! The entire time we were there the woman working behind the bar was obnoxiously loud.. there were only four or five people inside the restaurant (besides the three of us) and we couldnt even hold a conversation because the bartender was THAT loud and absolutely no one was doing a darn thing about it!!! All I kept wondering was, where the heck is the manager to make this stop?!? Besides that- we all ordered burgers and fries (medium & medium well) and they were all way over cooked.. I didnt even enjoy my meal.. It wasnt worth sending back, I couldnt stand to listen to the obnoxious woman behind the bar for a moment longer!!! I will probably never go back to this place. Awful!!!

We love our Locos. If you like to go places that have a lot of options and continually introduce new items seasonally, then youll enjoy this place. There is not a lot of turnover. The staff is centered around customer experience and will end up learning your name and favorite order! Only note: Please come early; its a place of congregation for many local companies and has a schedule due to previous traffic flow. Its hard to schedule staff around impromptu office outings or team meetings so you may find it wise to engage the staff proactively before even being seated.

Incompetent service. Placing an order here takes forever over the phone. It seems they are either poorly trained or have a high turnover rate. Ordered delivery every weekend since Ive moved here during football season. This weekend, its suddenly out of range and I was told I should be greatful that the delivery driver was nice enough to deliver that far out (Im listed in Google as 3.5 miles from restaurant). Ive had different drivers with each weekly order, so I realize Ive been fed some crock. Will not recommend this location to any friends, family or visiting coworkers.

After being directed rather rudely to the bar for a takeout order and waiting about 20 min for someone to even notice that I was there, I finally got some ditzy girl that walked over while texting. I ordered and watched her put my order in her pocket and continue to sit there and send text messages!! After watching her text for another 15 min and not bother to put my order in, ask if I would like something to drink, or even bother to acknowledge me again, I left. Needless to say I will not be back there again.

Terrible overall experience. Will not be going back any time soon! We were sat at a dirty table, had to wait 10-15 minutes in between ordering drinks, food, refills, or basically ANY help from our waitress, because she was "busy" with a party of x. No one helped her cover our table and at the end we still got charged for an appetizer that we were never brought, which I had to go up to the bar register to personally dispute. And the vegetarian sandwich I ordered made me puke when I got home.

Wont ever eat here again. First order from there and literally everything was cold. Onion Rings were barely breaded, I threw them out and Im staunchly against that but they werent edible. Caesar salad came with blue cheese dressing, person it was for doesnt eat that. So I paid $4 for lettuce and croutons that she put our ranch dressing on. Burger was cooked well but had absolutely no heat to it. Cuban was bland and again cold. Food was worse than drive-thru for 5x the price. Never again.

Went their because a friend said they were great. Well they must have been drinking too much at the bar because that is far from the truth. The place was dead and it still took 1 1/2 hours to eat and leave. The food is ok, not great, and the service is the slowest in the world. I had to wave them down just to get their attention. I will not be going there again, not worth the time and money. oh, do not go there on your lunch break if you only have an hour.
