Too many men/guys with a VERY distinct "Valley Girl" accent. Its a little overwhelming. They also referred to me, a mother with older teenagers, as hon, sweetie, etc. I am not their honey or sweetie. I am old enough to be their mother. I found it to be highly disrespectful and rude. I dont care what their sexual orientation is. I dont mind where they go to school or what they drive. What I DO mind, is that their constant "Valley Girl"/"Were besties" approach was to much to handle. Also, I cut a HUGE slice out of my toe on their table and had blood dripping everywhere. It was all I could do to get ANYONE to help. When I was finally able to notify someone (Because I was trying NOT to make a scene since it was the lunch rush and all) the manager (a white kid with a bow-tie) said he was sorry and asked me if I had a band-aid with me. I told him no and that I needed one because I didnt want to walk out with blood all over my foot. He came back with, I kid you not, ONE band-aid. I asked him if he had any hydrogen peroxide. Since my toe was sliced from the bottom of their table and I didnt want to get an infection, I needed something to clean the wound. FAST. He went away and came back with, again I kid you not, ONE sad little sanitation wipe asking if that would be ok. My toe was bleeding onto the floor at this point. People were beginning to stare. I didnt want to freak people out that were eating so my son grabbed some napkins, we wrapped my foot and I hobbled out of there as quickly as I could. As soon as I got to the car, I could see just how nasty the cut actually was. It was even worse in the light! I immediately went to get it taken care of. I called them a few hours later to let them know how serious it really was, and the SAME "Valley Girl Voiced man/guy" in a bow-tie was the one who answered acknowledging it was him who had helped me. His reply was,"Im really sorry about that. I wish there was something more I could have done." Yeah, me too.

VIP= Very Inapt People. I timed it from the time I pulled up and AFTER I placed my order it was 14 minutes before they brought my food to me. They directed me to what they called a VIP parking spot, thats another term for you ordered something we dont have made, so you are in our way. It was 5 minutes from intercom to drive up window, 3 minutes at window waiting, was told to drive to VIP spot, 6 minutes in VIP spot before my very common grilled chicken sandwich was brought to me. Bear in mind all my other food they gave me was just getting cold while I waited. I will never go to this location again until I see those VIP parking spot signs come down. This was not at rush hour but at 8pm in evening. This VIP parking spot system is new and they abused it tonight as another 2 cars pulled into next to mine all waiting for food, burning $4 a gallon gasoline. This is now the third time I have been placed in this VIP spot over the past 6 visits. Chick Fil A in general is great, I will just avoid this location and visit the Pollo Tropical down the street for fast fresh chicken sandwiches, mind you at a lower price. Who decided to call a parking spot where you are placed to wait for drive thru food a VIP parking spot?? In fact this spot means you are less important than the person behind you that will be getting their food at the drive thru window which is what we all expect.

Dont let Teresa walker take your order she is incompetent stupid and rude. Bad experience. I ordered what I get all the time a modified kids meal. All they did was screw it up over and over I had a coupon for a free sandwich and they were trying to charge me double what I should be paying. I asked for the manager and though he was nice before I even said a word he stuck his head out the window and I asked him if he couldnt do that and he said the same thing I cant hear you yet he did it before I even talked to him. How can he hear or not hear me if we havent spoken. After screwing up my order 4 to 5 times he was trying to take my tea back to switch it out to the correct drink and Im thinking no let me keep the tea because of having to go through this nonsense for a simple kids meal. Teresa walker a young dumb and rude and competent female kept laughing although she could not get a simple order right. The service here is usually good but sometimes there are just retarded people like this female working there

The service is generally really good and I like this store But watch out for the order takers at the front. there were two females and the one purposely didnt approach my car. As I was near her she angrily and confrontationally threw her arms up like whaaat?!! As I was turning then this rude female approached my car but angrily saying youre not gonna order?!!! Or you dont want to order but so rudely. I told her she didnt approach my car and Ill order at the window. Then the other female called the manager to tell him that I wasnt placing my order there. Really crazy awful and rude. Harassing and antagonizing customers. The manager made it up to me but horrible service and abuse. Id rather deal with the intercom not crazy rude teenagers who abuse customers.

Got in line at 10:20. Got to window at 10:30 am. Was told they had my order for chicken biscuit, went through waiting to window at 10:38 am, to be told they didnt have it. 6 months pregnant and so disappointed I just changed my review to 5 stars. Went through line and realized wallet wasnt in my purse. I had 4 sandwiches to order. They covered it for me! Ive never had a fast food please do that. Makes up for not having my biscuit one time at 10:30! Thank you!! 03/31/17 - This is the BRST chick fil a Ive ever been too. The staff at this Chik-fil-A just went the extra ten miles for us. I went with my Mom who is elderly. She accidentally threw away something in the trash that she needed. She did not realize it until later. We told the restaurant staff. Manager Matt Hamberger and his staff went through all the trash that had been taken out until they found what my 85-year-old Mother lost. This group of folks went above and beyond, and did it in such a kind way as to not make my Mom feel bad. I would return to this Chik-fil-A any day! Matt and staff... youre the best. Of course the food and service were their usual fantastic!

This location seems to be forgotten. The chicken was over cooked and the food in general was sub par for what we have become accustomed to at most of their restaurants. The facility was not nearly as clean as other locations. My children did enjoy the difference of the outdoor playground, but it was overshadowed by the constant noise of squeaky high pitched brakes from the overwhelming line of drive thru cars. The service was good, but when the line for the drive though piled up, they sent an attendant outside to take the orders in person. After a while of listening to the same greetings I was over it.
