Ive always been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and have never had issues with the establishment before. But we were in Bristol for the day and stopped to eat at this one. There was six of us and we sat out on the patio. We were out there with no drinks let alone a server for 20 minutes before I went in and said something (did I mention we were sat BY A MANAGER). Our server came out and was very apologetic and got our drink out fast. We ordered appetizers and then the food came. The food looked and tasted like it had been sitting out in a warming window for far too long. None of us barely ate it. Then when our checks came out, my boyfriend handed him her military discount and she came back and said everybody got a military discount for the wait, which we would have received anyhow. Ive worked in a restaurant for 4.5 years and Im not one to complain unless its really that bad and this experience was horrible. I will not be returning to this place and neither will anybody Im associated with.

GREAT start at this brand new location (so far). Im glad that Bristol now has a B-Dubs. Being from Richlands, I used to have to drive to Kingsport or Johnson City to get my wings fix. Ive gone to this location twice. Excellent experiences both times, with quality service and delicious wings. The only -- minor -- complaint is that the fries were lukewarm upon arrival during the last visit, but other than that, I have nothing negative to say. I hope this location keeps up the above average service. So far, the management seems to be on point. For folks complaining that its expensive, I recommend going on a Tuesday when you can get the traditional wings for 50 cents a wing.

Ate here for the first time a little while back. Place wasnt very crowded so we got a seat quickly and the waiter was right there. The food was really good, not spectacular, but thats okay we will most likely eat there again. I thought the waiter was pleasant and did a good job. I enjoyed the fries with the dry seasoning - very tasty. Some restaurants improve with time and I think this one will. 4 stars. I will update that to 5 when the food hits that spectacular level.

I have constantly been satisfied at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. It is a nice addition to the Falls center and I think that the complaints about noise or crowd size are flukes. It is a busy sports bar with loud TVs and happy people! The wings are good as always and the serving staff are always checking up on my table to ensure that drinks are filled and napkins are plenty. I will be back as well as with many of my friends too!

This is a nice addition to the exit 5 falls development. The food is great and service is usually the same. The hardest thing to do is find parking around the restaurant since it shares a lot with other restaurants and shops. The menu has a nice selection and has a nice selection of beer if you want to partake. Service has been a little hectic a few times but Chalk it up to being a new restaurant.

The food was good and they had an excellent beer selection. The service was not good. Very disorganized. Waited about 3 minutes for anyone to seat us, we sat down and were presented a meal without ordering! Washes had made a mistake. They must have been a brand new place. I will go back to this chain. Just an off night I hope.

I ordered take out and this is what I get 3 carrots and 5 boneless wings. Which wouldnt be bad but I ordered medium boneless wings and was charged for medium order of wings. Biggest disappointed ever. Also they have no parking and the staff didnt acknowledge you until you got there attention.

My family and i just left wild wings very nice sports bar tv and programs all over the place u wouldnt be bored there and u can play computer poker texas holdem. Fast service lots of food well worth the price and not too pricey u can eat inside or outside they tvs out side too

High price, low quality. Ordered bonless wings and were the strangest texture I have ever tasted and not cooked correctly. Sent back back wings had 1 beer, 1 glass of house wine and a side of potato wedges and it was $20. Only positive was bartender was pleasant.

Food was good, however manager walked by a table with plates and food piled up 4 different times. Stood by our table several times just watching. Never offered to help when they were slammed. Service was decent. I understand March madness, but way way way to loud.

6/17/17 - My family and I walked in for dinner around 5:55pm. We were sat fairly quickly. By 6:20, no one had come to our table except to deliver a tea, to the wrong table. No hello, to drink orders. I got up and left. I will not be back either.

We went at lunch time and the service was very fast and accommodating. Manager even came over to check on us. It was a pleasant experience. On a previous visit the TVs were too loud but it was perfect when we returned.

Really enjoyed my experience here and it was mainly due to a waiter named Jonathan. He was busy with party of probably 20+ and still provided my table with great service. The environment and food was awesome as well.

I love buffalo wild wings but this location is terrible. If you want wings go to Johnson City or Kingsport. Way better service for sure. Has to go back to work before my order was straitened out.

Mehhh like other bdubs but its newer. All food out of the kitchen was slow but the bar did pretty good. Food was not hot n fresh but seemed to be kept under a warmer for some time.
