My daughter and I were at they gym next door and I left the gym early to order a pizza and wings so it would be ready when we were finished. I ask them to have our food ready in about 20 minutes. It was 7:30 when I placed my order. I went back to pick up our order 30 minutes later only to be told my order was never placed. Then the cashier looked all nervous like she didnt know what to do next. She went and talked with one the of girls in the back and then proceeded to ring my order up. I was paying with my debit card and she put in I paid with cash and the drawer open up like she was suppose to give me cash back. She then shook her head without any explanation to me as to what the heck she was doing or that she was sorry she screwed my order up and never placed it to begin with. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make my order without so much as an explanation or an apology. Finally I had to get back in line after waiting for customers to order and leave. I asked her how much longer was it going to be. She then went to the back and I over heard the guy in the back say it was in the warmer. So she finally found my order and proceeded to charge me again for the same pizza and wings ...I should have got my order free and an explanation as the what the freak just happen ...so unprofessional and last time I will ever enter that place again!!!

Literally waited about 10minutes for the food to be ready. After some pizzas got ready I waited an extra about 7 min because the cashier named Kelli let 2 others who came after me get their food first. The worst part is she knew about it because I brought it to her attention and she didnt say one word. Someone else that had nothing to do with my order apologized for her while she just stared about me with an IDGAF look. If I ever see her at the front again I will just walk away and go somewhere else. Horrible service.

We called in our order ahead of time, to which we were given a wait time of 15-20 minutes. Came 25 minutes later and it still wasnt finished. Waited another 10 minutes and hurriedly left, only to get my order home and realize it wasnt correct. The food we did receive was good, just be sure to be double check your order before leaving.

I called my order in over the phone to avoid wait time. When i arrived at the store i ended up having to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my order anyways. There was not one adult that was working in this store. All the employees there were teenagers and half of them were just standing around not working.

5 people in back all talking and laughing, not at all paying attention to the counter. Even had there child in the front eating pizza, she was at least 2. We left without getting anything.

They tried to tell me that the brisket pizza was supposed to be burned... I went to the little caesars in Abingdon and guess what, its not burnt. Highly unsatified with these guys.

Use to be great pizza place but lately the pizzas arent as good. Half cooked, too much sauce, just not as good. Store doesnt look as clean either. Poor management. Need to improve.
