This place was disgusting. I usually visit the CiCs in port orange so this wasnt my first visit to one. My wonderful experience was first started by the girl at the register playing on her phone in plain sight . Then when I sat down to begin eating I noticed the women who was making the pizzas wasnt wearing any gloves. Now I know that its okay if you use your bare hands as long as you wash them and they are clean. But I watched her touch several things that are more than likely extremely dirty and can cause cross contamination, then proceeded to spread the cheese and toppings on the pizzas with her bare hands. Then to top it all off I saw one girl wipe the counter with a towel then use the same one to help hold pans with pizza on them while she cut them, And again with the same towel wipe her hands then pick up pizza dough and begin portioning it out. When I brought this up to the managers attention he simply replied " we dont wear gloves , we wash our hands" but the only one I saw wash their hands was the guy bussing tables and the guy doing dishes. No one handling actual food washed there hands WHY? Im thankful I only ate half of a small salad and nothing else.

Just got played! Came to Cicis couple of days ago and in the receive you could read the exact following: "Tell us about your experience and receive your choice of a $4,99 adult buffet or a $ 4,99 large 1 topping pizza". So I did the online survey, redeemed the promo code and came back. For my surprise I waas givem a 1 dollar discount. The thing is: the full price for the buffet is 5,99. So I "won" a buffet for 4,99. But, as you can see, that was not what the receipt says. It is very clear. Receive a 4,99 adult buffet. If it was a one dollar discount, the receipt should say: Get a dollar discount or get a regular buffet FOR 4,99. Very, very dishonest.

*ROACHES* I killed a small size FOOD roach crawling up the wall by my arm on the back wall. I asked to speak to the manager, and this young girl JASMINE "the horrible boss" says " ooo I just put in a note for pest control to services, I was quite about the situation and told her I want my money back, shes says did you already eat the buffet, I tell her yes she says she cant give me my money back if I ate already. Never the less she ends up telling me bring reciept to cash register. I paid for 2 adults (my nephew is 14 yrs old) and she trys to tell me I was the only one with the problem

You literally cant get more value for the price than eating at Cicis. Theyll be happy to make whatever pizza you want with the ingredients that they have and theyll even give you the whole pizza if you want. You can get a Macaroni and Cheese pizza with bacon on it. You can get a hamburger pizza with hot sauce. If this doesnt appeal to you enjoy paying the same amount for a single large with nothing on it from anywhere else. The ice machine is whack though, it keeps dropping ice after you stop pushing the lever so theres always ice on the floor right there. My only complaint.

The only one locally. Only major complaint is they are constantly out of plates. You go to have buffet and you cant cause no plates to get food. Then you have to chase down someone to clean a table. I mean 2 guys were working Friday night cleaning tables it took them 5 mins to clean off our table for 4 while we stood and waited. They were to busy socializing with one another about games ,music and a women sitting a few tables away. Then for my husbands special order pizza to take 45 mins to get to us after 2 friendly reminder is just crazy.

Its a pizza buffet. Ive taken my young kids, they like the selection, I like the price. Yea, the floors are dirty and the bathrooms are gross, but we just go to the bathroom before we go there and dont eat off the floor. They will make any pizza you request and give you the first slice before the rest of the vultures take some. Id avoid it if you see an entire baseball team there because then its too crazy, but otherwise go for it if you want cheap pizza.

We were really shocked today how dirty it was! Food, napkins, ice cubes and soda all over the place. The table was dirty and all chairs were so sticky, the silverware was dirty too!....not to mention the restrooms! We only stayed because of our kids. They love Cicis. I want to be fair.....the buffet by itself was good and it was a busy time. The people are friendly too, but I would say not enough people to take care of the cleanliness!

I didnt like the fact that are dishes were stacked on the table n never once cleaned up. The food is good but the people need to get on it if you expect me to bring my family that. On top of that I seen workers that werent on duty go in the back n grab food off the severing table n with there normal clothes. I dont want one good in my hair due to that reason. I will no bring my family back to this civic anymore.

All the pizza was fresh! They offered stuffed crust pizza, thin crust pizza, bread, alrfredo, spaghetti, soup, salad and 4 different types of dessert. It was all DELICIOUS! The gentleman up front was very welcoming and made us feel great about asking for anything we might need. Affordable and fresh buffet!

Just left Busch Gardens and came to Cicis thinking that it would be like any other location but no, exceptional service, the food was really good, all of it was fresh and had a good amount of toppings on it. Even though its just a Cicis I can say it was a very good dining experience.

Great family atmosphere, there seems to be something about kids eating with their parents with other kids around. CiCis you can learn a thing or two from McDonalds back in the 90s... Clean restrooms encourage parents to bring their children back to your restaurant.

We go here a lot not very consistent some times great some times not almost never do I enjoy the environment how ever price is right food is good enough and employees are very nice so that makes it a good value and worthy place to visit regularly

Restaurant is dirty. I question the safety of the food handlers. Receipts for special orders are placed between the pizza and the tray. Cleansers are sprayed directly onto the safety glass, right above the pizzas, while pizzas are there.

They are known for their affordable pizza buffet and thats what they offer. It includes a salad bar, soup option, and a couple pasta selections as well. The staff was very friendly and managed to keep the buffet stocked for the crowd.

We usually enjoy this location. Everything was great right up until I went up to get a second salad and saw a roach crawling down the length of the sneeze guard for the salad bar. And it wasnt a juvenile either. Yeah I wont be back.
