I use to go to this Sweat Tomatoes frequently but for some reason stopped going. So I decided to pay the restaurant a visit again. The bar items are always fresh and the variety is superb, every salad item you could want is on the bar so you can fix your salad up an infinite amount of ways. I guess what separates them from the rest of the salad bar competition is there soup bar. They do have some awesome savory soups! On this visit they had mushroom, potato leak, claim chowder, chili chicken, split pea. What a variety. I had the claim chowder and the mushroom, they were both delicious. As close to home made as you can get. The service ws great. The dinning room attendant was very prompt with removing our used plates and was also very courteous and professional. You can make your eating adventure as healthy or unhealthy as you want when you visit sweat tomatoes, its all up to you and the choices you make.

Its a great place to eat and run OR sit and munch. Either way, you shouldnt leave here hungry. Even as a vegan, you can find enough to eat, since they have plain rice, potatoes, and sweet potatoes, plus at least one vegan soup and a stellar salad bar. And if your kids only like mac and cheese, well, youre in luck! Everyone should have at least a couple options that taste good and are fresh. Sign up for the emails or the texts, if saving $3ish a meal is good for you. Complaints: primarily, you have to look at your plates, bowls, and utensils well. Lately they have food debris on many of them. Secondly, the vegan options are boring, BUT there are options and thats great. Finally, their premade salad options are TOO dressed. They often taste so oily, that I have to thin the salads out with more greens.

Filthy. Every cup, plate, piece of silverware was oily, dirty, or had food stuck to it. Not a large selection. Saying it is overpriced doesnt come close to how outrageous the prices are. Soups are bland. Salads are soggy . Vegetables are rotting. Hot food is dried out, bland, and tastes as if they have been sitting under hot lights all day, all while managing to be cooler that room temperature. Staff is useless. Even observed cashier stick her bare unwashed finger into a pan of tofu when asking another employee what it was. Another employee walked through dining room snacking and drinking.

Pretty good value - be sure to have a coupon. This is a popular location, but you can usually find seating for 4. I believe the management swapped out in spring of this year (2016) - things are arranged differently. Quality remains pretty high food-wise. Check your plate, bowl and silverware to make sure they are clean - probably this locations biggest downfall. The dining room staff are fairly attentive, removing plates reasonably fast. Dont be afraid to ask for cookies if you get overlooked.

Very Clean and Consistent Every time to go to Sweet Tomatoes, the food is always organized and the salad bar is very clean. I enjoy the change and variety each month in soups and salad but especially like the caesar salad. It is by far my favorite! The ice cream is always a special treat. Try my friends favorite next time you go, we call it "The Christy" we take a brownie muffin, place it in a soup bowl and place ice cream on top. Then add caramel and hot fudge sauce! Its awesome! Enjoy!!

Absolutely gross. Went today with my mom and we both went to reach for utensils and were happy to find that they were completely disgusting and looked like they had not been washed the previous night. I work in the restaurant industry and I could see that their trays and some other things in the back looked dirty. After we left and came back home we both began to have stomach issues. Please dont eat here itll make you sick. They obviously dont care enough to properly wash their utensils!!

The thing about Sweet Tomatoes is that it always sounds like a healthy idea. "Ill go have a salad!" you think to yourself. Then when you get in there, theyve got pizza, pastas, dessert bar (including ice cream machine), and on and on. They do a nice job of keeping the food fresh and its good quality. Salad bar has everything you could imagine. Inevitably though, I end up consuming all manner of unhealthy things and leave feeling way too full.

I have been plenty of times, maybe because it was in the evening, but soups werent being stirred, they were out of things having to ask 3 times for different things to be filled, just very mediocre, I think Sweet Tomato used to better, the food is just mediocre, nothing u eat is,like a wow. My boyfriend is a vegetarian so we end up here a lot, but after the bland food tonight, it will be a while before we come back.

I was there with my mom, she is from Puerto Rico, and every time she visit I take her to the Sweet tomatoes, because she loves it there, but this time that we went, we felt like there were only bussers than servers, since we never got service, neither knew who our server was, all they were doing was bussing all the tables around us.. and Im a waitress in a fine dinning rest. But still love the place.. hate service

Quick tip: get a Club Veg membership. Youll get scanable coupons in your email - I save $4-$5 everytime I go with another person. I love going to Sweet Tomatoes. They staff is friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is clean and I have never run into an instance where they were out of something. The food is pretty good for a buffet style restaurant, the soups are amazing!

Standard Sweet Tomatoes. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I wish there were booths that could seat more than four people easily, but they do have tables you can push together for larger groups. Sometimes the customers move faster than the cooks can keep up, specifically with some of the salad preparation at the beginning of the line. Great place all the same.

Good selection of salad items and some good hot food too. Not a lot of meat to be had here but thats not their specialty. On my last trip yesterday the cashier even suggested a special we didnt know about that made it cheaper than our coupon. Thats really good customer service in my book and make sure to try the chocolate chocolate chip muffins for dessert.

Mediocre on its very best day. Yes, you can get unlimited food...unfortunately said food is devoid of flavor. If you just wanted to fill your stomach to max capacity I guess you could do worse than 12 bucks. For 12$ tho, I could go plenty of other places and get some great food in healthy proportions. Wouldnt spend money here again.

This place has it all! The aroma when you first walk in to the cleanliness & array of healthy delicious food. There is so much to make yourself a healthy enriched meal... from salad to soup to dessert. The breads & condiments add to the touch. The friendliness with the soothing music is what makes us come back again & again.

Sweet Tomatoes especially in this area is lovely and clean. If you love soups, salads and simple pasta this is the place for you. The salads are freshly tossed with delicious dressings or you can build your own at the buffet! You can finish up with something sweet or just feast on the crisp freshly baked foccacia bread.
