I used to work at this establishment and actually helped open the restaurant. When I came to work here I had been a server for about 5 years already and in the Army Reserve. I needed work while finishing college. This location was opened by a great and very caring management team but as time went on half of them were replaced. I left for a while to serve in Iraq and when I came back the place had completely changed. The former GM Tom held a position for me which I appreciated but he was soon replaced with a man named Al. Al could hardly care less about what happened in the restaurant as long as he wasnt bothered by customers. In addition, another manager Warren convinced the server manager to cut my hours to one day a week because he didnt like me. The server manager, cant recall her name, was fired for stealing from the restaurant and she drank liquor from the bar during her shift. This place is absolutely horrible and I would recommend to stay away. The management team from when I left was the worst and I was treated very unfairly despite being a good worker and a veteran. As for the service and the food. Well, its Fridays so the same you might expect anywhere. The servers were good people to work with and kitchen crew were nice but was hard to get consistent product as they had to constantly replace them since turnover was high in the back of the house staff.

Kitchen is unsanitary and cold units are out of temp constantly. Dish machine left my plate dirty Glasses Filmy and Server was Obviously high on something... Burger was thirty min.. My Pot stickers were burnt on the out side and frozen on the middle. When they returned my burger was done. My son told me that the urinal was overflown and the restroom was dirty. When I was eating it took ten min for a Drink refill and longer for dessert when i got it the ice cream was in a hot dish and was mostly a milk shake, in a bowl.. Kitchen was open and i saw cooks eating and none was wearing gloves When i finally spoke to a Manager he offered to comp my meal, and some sort of card for another.. Not impressed gave the card to the Host whom was no were to be found ... Who runs this place and whos going to fire them seriously.. I Witnessed absolute minimal effort from staff.... DONT EAT HERE ... NEED SERIOUS HEALTH INSPECTION AND STAFF IS A WASTE

Food was good service was less than two stars , We (2) wife and husband went in for dinner after being given a gift card for Christmas and not being able to use because there are no TGIs near us and we were on a road trip to a Winery in Duette FL so we stopped by afterward and we had our app and meal ,we then asked for a togo box and were handed the check ,I put the $50 gift card in and $15 cash to cover the $4 left on the check plus tip,Our waiter grabbed the check from the table still no box and went to ring it up a few mins later he came back and said there is no balance left on this card and walked away,5 more mins and no answer at gift card phone help I put all cash in the check holder and waiter then took the check still no box after asking now 4 times finally another server gave us a box.No thank you, come again, Well we wont be back ever again,,,,,,,,,,,

Im writing this while I sit on the toilet because this place gave me terrible diarrhea! I know it was because of this establishment because I have had a busy work week and didnt eat anything else yesterday. I feel like I am prepping for a colonoscopy. To top it off, the service was terrible, I was only able to get three drinks in the three hours we were there because thats how many times our waitress came to see us, and one of the regulars, Denise, was so loud we couldnt hear ourselves think. Her favorite thing to do was tell other people to "shut the hell up!", She should have taken her own advice. We spoke to the manager about it and he did nothing. Diarrhea, poor service and rude clientele. I will never EVER go to a TGI Fridays again.

Good Food. Good Service. Reasonable Prices. 7/8/17 Completely taking back my previous review. Food was horrible. My black bean burger tasted like a hockey puck. My wifes pot stickers were burned on the outside and cold on the inside. We called to complain and the manager said none of the food is cooked there, just reheated. Absolutely horrible, avoid this place like the plague. The manager is new, there three weeks. That should give you a good idea where this place is headed. Love the bar staff, the are great. So if you are just going to drink, OK. But avoid the food!

Ive been here about 5-6 times now. The last time I went, I took my Fiance and 2 boys. We sat outside and they had a singer (forgot her name) but she was amazing, like she could really sang! My 2 year old couldnt stop clapping at her lol. The food was great as usual. I like it here because the staff is super friendly and they aim to please. One of the flat screens was giving them a problem and although there were 2 other flat screens to watch, they kept coming out to apologize and let us know they were working on it. They are definitely all for satisfaction

The only good thing to come from this establishment, was our waitress. She was new and thats ok, she was very nice and took care of everything we asked. The food, was not good. Steak was under cooked, and high priced for below average quality. The rest of our food was also below average. The floors were very slippery, I almost slipped twice. The restroom was disgusting, the toilets were all dirty, and the feminine hygiene boxes were all over filled. I would not use them, I walked in,, washed my hands and walked right back out. We will not be back.

We visited this location and we have not been to a Fridays in some time, however this experience is the reason why we normally do not come here... The food had to be taken back due to the bun was hard and cold.... I wish this was the only negative however the service was just as bad... Our waitress was pretty much non-existent not one refill was even offered... The management did not seem to really care and it took an additional 30 minutes just to cash out... By far the worst experience of any chain restaurant in the New Tampa area..

The location is convenient and close to other shops and the movie theater. Its very easy to find. The food was okay. My only complaint was that we waited an hour to get food. We went around 10:30pm, the restaurant didnt seem busy at all but for some reason our service was so slow. Even when my friend got her chicken tender meal, it did not the usual have honey mustard. So, she asked the server if she could bring her some, 15 minutes later she gets the honey mustard but shes already halfway done with her meal.

Passing through and we settled in bar side to see if we could catch the Ohio/Michigan game. The staff was super accommodating while we enjoyed a burger and beer and watched the game while accessing wifi. Great place to get off the road, catch up with communications and enjoy the game without being rushed. Havent been to a TGI Fridays in years, and after this lovely afternoon, we will try this again near home. PS. the Jack Daniels burger and sweet potato fries were perfecto!
