Made reservations here for a party of 12 and were seated around 3 small, separate tables. Frustrating, but not a huge deal, so we pushed them together. As we had arrived shortly after everyone else had arrived and been served their beverages, my husband and I waited 15 minutes for a glass of water and one bottle of beer, then the waitress disappeared before she reappeared after another 15 minutes to take our orders. Our party ordered multiple orders of the fried pickles- they took about 30 minutes to come out, but we were all so hungry at this point that we didnt give a thought to taste or temperature. After waiting 50 minutes from the time we finished our appetizers and nearly 90 minutes after we placed the initial food orders, a member of our party finally flagged down our server (who seemed to ignore us throughout the entire night) and politely asked a timeframe for when our food would be out. Our servers shocked face told us that she clearly had forgotten to check on our order. Not even 5 minutes later, our food was coming out- cold and stale, with the unappetizing appearance of having sat under a heat lamp for 20 minutes too long. The pita belonging to my Greek chicken pita was so stale that it literally fell apart when I tried to pick it up, as did 3 others who ordered the same dish as me. They sent theirs back while I begrudgingly ate mine with a fork. The fries were so cold and soggy that they were inedible. My husbands burger was so raw that blood pooled from the burger and saturated the bun and fries, making the dish look terrible and unappetizing, as did my friends burger. Rather than a sincere apology or an offer to rectify the situation, our server chose to once again ignore us for the remainder of the night, until a very apOlogetic and sincere manager finally approached our table and offered us gift certificates. We thanked her for her offer but politely refused, and vowed not to come back. Ive received fresher chicken and fries and friendlier service at McDonalds, which speaks volumes. There are so many other amazing restaurants in downtown Greenville with impeccable service- try them, or better yet- try anything, before you try Brazewells Pub.

I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. We had a party of 4. Went in on a Thursday evening and were seated immediately. We had a new waitress. She was very nice and tried very hard to provide us with good service. However she was not trained on the menu. She did however tell us the Happy Hour specials and managed to get them in right before it ended. 4 stars for her! We ordered our drinks which took about 15 minuets to get. The bar was busy I guess. We ordered our food. My Asian Tuna Salad was good and good portion size for the price. My daughter ordered the Citrus Salmon and her friend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Both were good and the portion sizes were adequate. My wife ordered the Chicken Nachos, which should be called Nachos due to the lack of chicken. Also I asked for cocktail sauce for my daughters salmon. salsa for the nachos and saltine crackers or some type of bread with my salad. They had no saltine crackers, salsa or cocktail sauce. They did however make some homemade cocktail sauce and toast but it took another 15 minuets and were were half way done with our meal when it arrived. Thus the 3 stars. The waitress tried very hard and one of the managers even came out and apologized. Im 60/40 on going back. My suggestions, ensure the waitstaff are familiar with the menu, if you serve salads offer some type of crackers, if you serve fish offer cocktail sauce, if you serve nachos offer salsa and put some actual chicken on the chicken nachos.

One of the worst dining experiences Ive ever encountered. We sat on the patio (which was nice and relaxing) and waited for a little over ten minutes. By that point, I said, "this isnt starting well." I went in to let them know we hadnt been waited on. We ordered spinach and artichoke dip (tasted frozen) and zucchini fries (best thing we had) and asked for those to be brought out separate from our meal, instead, they were brought out at about the same time. We ordered the BBQ chicken breast, mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, and veggies. The chicken was so dry we almost choked on it, the mashed potatoes had zero flavor (tasted like a potato was literally mashed with no seasonings), the Brussel sprouts were steamed when we were told they were oven rotated (again absolutely no flavor), and the mixed veggies were slime we couldnt ingest. The side salad that was ok. I wasnt paying the bill so I left it up to my mother whether or not to complain. A competent waitress would have noticed the large amount of food that was left considering three of us shared the meal. She never once asked how anything was so we left wishing we would have just spent a little more money at a better restaurant. When we received the bill she charged us for something we didnt have and then proceeded to tell us it was correct..finally she conceded she was wrong. Besides the breezy patio, adjacent to the swinging bridge, this place was terrible. Better luck at the ice cream shop next door ;)

Ok so I visited this restaurant twice back to back. Friday night and Sunday brunch. Based on the food alone, I would only give it about 3 stars. Friday night service was horrible. I ordered coffee with cream and sugar, sugar wasnt brought. She said she would be right back. She came right back, w/no sugar but to take our order and I asked for sugar again. Many minutes later, she came back to fill our waters, and again I asked for the sugar. By the time I got the sugar, the coffee was cold. My husband wanted 2lbs of wings and she explained you could get up to 4 flavors. When they brought them out there was only two when he ordered 3. My daughter and I had finished our meal by the time we got the 3rd. And I never got another cup of coffee. The fish n chips had potential, but the crust was flavorless. The wings ok. So why 4 stars? Sunday I got chicken n waffles which were ok. Husband ordered breakfast burrito and asked for chicken instead of bacon and sausage. They brought it out with bacon and sausage. Waitress said she will get him another one. I finished my brunch and he finally got the second one...it had bacon in it. The waitress took it back and stayed gone for a while and returned with another one. She apologized for being gone but she said she stood next to the cook to make sure he got it right. It was really good! And she was very apologetic for the ordeal and gave us the meal for free. Her customer service is what gave them 4 stars.

Beer selection was ok. Was happy they had my Bells Two Hearted. Service was great, but they werent real busy either. Monday at about 6:30, week before Christmas. Great Happy Hour deal had us excited to be there....all was good. Until the food came. Ordered the Blue Crab cheese dip for appetizer because I like dips that are served with pita bread. The dip was just ok, but ended up being the most memorable food item of the evening, unfortunately. My husbands chili was cold and was made of beef and cheese barely mixed together, a dry clump. He said Wendys chili was 10 times better. Our chicken ceaser wrap was cold, dry, absolutely disgusting. Our fries were cold. After returning the tomato soup for the potato soup we actually ordered....we discovered we were destined to lose any way we went. The potato soup had zero taste. Left the whole cup of soup. We came hungry and left hungry, extremely disappointed. We will not be back. Not even for a beer. No offense to our very sweet waitress. This place needs some help on the food front. I dont remember the last time my husband and I both agreed on a food review. Yikes.
