Worst pizza place. Ordered a large meat pizza and 20 hot wings Sunday night at a hotel. The total on my card stated $39. The guy came to the door telling me I needed to sign the slip, I asked for a pen, he insisted he didnt have one and began to become rude. So then annoyed I ripped off the signature part of the slip and said here, this is me signing it, (I didnt leave a tip since he was rude and they already charged a delivery fee). He then begins to freak out saying I cant do that. My boyfriend, being the nice guy takes the signed part and signs it and hands it back, and the delivery guy goes on his way. Now 3 days later the total cleared in my bank showing a charge of $47! I called up no one answered, then after 5 times of calling someone finally answered. I asked nicely to speak to a manager, he said he may be able to help me. I then said, okay and told him how my my card has been charged more. He then says oh, I see. I then began to ask where the manager is, and he said they come and go. I then stated, (quite irritated at this point), that I do not have a problem coming up and sitting there and waiting for a manager to come around. The guy ok the phone then said oh the computer or something probably did it, and what would I like to do about it, do I want my $9 back, because he would give it to me. I hung up the phone. Im sorry, but it is not the point of $9 missing, because that is just petty. The point is this place is a fraud, and thief. They should be in serious trouble for doing that. Debating on whether or not to go down there and discuss this further. I should have read he reviews first, but still. I will update if I end up going there.

First of all. Im staying in Tampa for a while and own two businesses of my own and I can not describe how horrible this experience was. I am staying In a hotel and went down to grab the food and payed the dude and everything was ok. I then had to climb 17 flights of stairs bc the elevator was broken. After that being tired and hungry I was ready to dig in with my family. Only to open the boxes and get majorly disappointed. Everything was soggy and wet and the chicken wings were rubber. Nothing was fit to eat. My stepmother then proceeded to call this place to inform them of our bad experience only to have them avoid her and put her on hold. When she called back, they did not answer and blocked her calls. We tried to contact them using our 4 cells put together and they avoided us once they found out it was us and as a buisness owner, that was appalling. Ive never had such bad customer service as when we incountered this place. On top of being rude and putting us on hold: the people proceeded to say it was our fault appalled that we should have gone quicker. Me and my brother came down as soon as we got the call. They also apperantly called my step mother names and such. The way we found our app auld out them was because we had a flyer slipped under our door. Which when we proceeded to tell the hotel about our bad experience and that they should rethink about having them as a partner; we found out that that company was not allowed to slip those under our doors and that they have been trying to get rid of the place for a while. This was an extremely upsetting experience and I hope no one buys from these wretched people again.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!! It took at least 20 attempts to finally get somebody to answer the phone. Asked for delivery, told them we were paying by card, and gave them the address. Delivery guy shows up and I give him my card to pay. He called the shop to give the card info and they didnt answer (not surprising). He tried a few more times and stepped outside and told us to start eating. He came back to the door and said he couldnt reach them and didnt know what to do and to not worry about it. As he was walking away we gave him the last of cash that we had on us. I felt bad, but I had done nothing wrong. So we go to bed (we were staying at a hotel) and at 4 in the morning we are woken up by cops pounding on our door threatening to take us to jail for not paying our bill. I was shocked and appalled and offended that I was being accused of this, and awoken in this way at 4 in the morning. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again. And I will write as many reviews and call as many people as I need to in order to make sure this doesnt go unnoticed.

If I could rate this place with negative stars, I would. I received a flyer from them at my door so thought Id order pizza and wings. The guy who answered was rude but I went ahead and ordered anyway. The guy said it would be a 45 minute wait (even though we live in Ybor). I decided to look up their reviews after the fact and noticed that they had terrible reviews - everyone said their food is terrible and their customer service sucks. Just 5 minutes after I ordered I called them back to cancel the order and his response was "why?"; I told him I didnt want it anymore and then he said "the driver is already on theyre way" even though they just told me it would be a 45 min wait. I asked again and they said they ran the card through already. I told them for the 3rd time to cancel the order and void the transaction and their response was "fine, dont call back again". They will never have my business, thats for sure. Horrible place.

You can take this as your typical incident or disgruntled customer review, but I am going to make this review as concise and short as possible. I ordered two strombolis from this restaurant, and they didnt bring the second stromboli. Their workers embarrassed me in front of my family with their disrespect. The shop did NOT refund our money at all. The shop did not make right on the deal THEY offered us, and did not even send the stromboli back to us as compensation. They did nothing, and stole our money. This place is rude, disrespectful, and downright criminal for this action. I know how this industry is supposed to work. I am the manager at a hungry howies with my food protection manager serv safe certification, and have been working customer service for a couple of years. I am entirely dissapointed.

We had ordered from here several times without an incident. Today we decided to order delivery from them again. The process went smoothly, their website worked well, and we were able to order without a problem. Site stated 45 min wait, no problem. An hour and a half later we still had not received our food. So, we decided to call them up and see what was going on. We were told that they no longer delivered to our address, despite their website accepting our order AND showing that it delivered to our address, and they could not deliver to us because they were very busy. So then we asked if they had already charged my card they said that they had and I should "call the bank to cancel the charge". This has been about the worst service I have had from a restaurant in a long time...
