Wonderful place but I will not use their Pharmacy. The people in there are rude and uncaring and a little pocket of crud in a cream pie of a store. I have no idea why they are like that. Everyone else in there is wonderful and I am in there every week, twice a week sometimes. The sushi guy will make you what you want without messing up his putting out of the daily offerings. The bakery let me change my order four times in a few days without getting frustrated with me. The baggers are sweet, most of the check out clerks are uber nice and the customer service people are more patient and kinder than the public are with them. The only really bad thing there is the huge and scary Parking Lot plagued by beggars coming up from panhandler ridden Lake Ella, and I wish there was a cop outside instead of inside being officer Unfriendly. Tis all.

I live in Tampa and my beautiful daughter and granddaughters live in Tallahassee. Whenever an "occasion" arrives I just call the florist at Publix and they are so accommodating; they produce a beautiful arrangement or pick a beautiful orchid, paying over the phone is quick and easy, and they provide a convenient pick up time (my son-in-law is the official picker upper) and they have NEVER let me down. It is always a pleasure. When Im in Tallahassee, I always stop by to say thank you and pick up some fresh flowers. I love this store. Mary B

A customer for 34 years. Staff saved our babys sleep toy when he dropped it as we left. Still hires cheerful, helpful staff & managers. If you ask where an item is, that staff member will take you to it. Deli, produce, bakery, florist, meat, seafood, frozen goods & wine all boast knowledgeable help. Baggers will deliver groceries for you and arent allowed tips. An amazing experience for first-time shoppers. Wish they further north & West than Tennessee.

Another star in Tallahasse. Ocala make some room for Lake Ella because this store means business. If you are more of a family oriented and professional shopper take the trip to Lake Ella. It can be said that there are many college students who shop here as well however the store feels a bit more community orientated than the sister store Ocala. We love them both so I would suggest trying both and getting a feel for your favorite.

Customer service is excellent as always. However my only problems in the store have been the Deli. My first time ordering a sub online, they forgot to add pickles to my sub. Unfortunately I didnt notice until I got home to eat it. The second time I ordered a sub online I arrived 5 min before my sub was supposed to be ready. However it was still not made 15 minutes after I was supposed to pick it up.

I came in to get a Sub and I always love to go to Nick because hes patient I went to a lady named Zenala or something and she was quite rude . Attitude right off the bat couldnt understand what I was saying but Nick helped and Understood ... I also like Julian ... If you get a sub definitely request one of them to make your sub , you wont be disappointed

The store is the best! Staff is amazing and shopping is truely a pleasure.... but the pharmacy is the pits. Do not have prescriptions sent there. Went in after a doctors appointment to pick it up (where worst thing ever at walgreens if it isnt already ready they say, "give us 15 min and we will have it done", this pharmacy told me it would be 2 hours.

Just has any other Publix it is neat and organized. The 4 stars are because of a lack of attention that is given to the Bulk item area. This is the area where you can buy things buy the pound (Rice, Seeds, Etc). This Publix specifically is always empty and a bit dirty.

I have not had one negative experience here. The staff is always very friendly and happy. They must have good management. The place is clean and I always leave happy. If wal mart didnt have better prices at times, I would always come here. Love this store.

I went for chicken tenders from the deli there were none. They often will carry a product you like and the next time you go back there the product is not in stock for weeks and weeks this store should be torn down.
