Inconsistent food quality. On different occasions original recipe chicken has had splotchy breading application, biscuits have been hard or almost gray in appearance or flat instead of fluffy, and all items have been overcooked at some point. Service has never been good quality. High employee turnover is most likely cause but even basics like please and thank you are completely foreign concepts to the employees. Do not attempt to go through the drive thru as this is where the worst service usually is. Always check your food before leaving missing items are a frequent occurrence. Take the extra time if you can and just go to one of the other KFCs in the area.

I took my patient for lunch, we had coupons for a two piece for $2.99 and a breast meal for $3.99. The cashier / store manager (pregnant female) didnt give us the meals for the coupon price, so I took the receipt to her. When she saw that she made a mistake she gave us what was owed. No apology, nothing... she had this ugly look on her face. She didnt apologize to my patient (senior) we were right and she was wrong. She need to be trained in customer service.

Lady at the drive through was whispering and had attitude before any words came out of my mouth. She got my order wrong and rudely laughed like I had didnt know what I had ordered. When all was over with she still didnt give the complete order. Every time I go here there is always a problem.

When I go there always have to check my order before I go because mostly all the time somethings wrong .ugh makes me mad haveint been there in a while because of the front messing up my order .drive thru didnt mess up my order so might just go through the drive thru next time if I go.

The chicken wasnt flavorful, portions were small even for the 5 buck fill up, and they didnt give us any condiments when we asked! Nor did they give us any silverware when asked again. To top it all off the cashier was rude and made no eye contact. Waste of my money and time.

Went on to establishment to check to see if it was clean.. it was.. the counter help was a bit slow in taking the order. Watched the order being gathered and bagged. They left out one item .. I told them and the item was provided.. more attention to detail is need.

My whole order was wrong. When she gave me the bag I ask if everything was there she said yes with a attitude. When I got home I was missing things and got stuff I didnt even order. My mistake for not checking it. But I wont be going there again.

The zinger sandwich was made with "not fresh chicken" very small piece. ..i eat the zinger almost everyday. .this was the worst..i brought it to the cashier attention he ignored me..they dont have icetea by the soda machine Service was quick

Ive attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt... 4 tries and my order is always wrong, burnt, or missing items. I just dont get it. Ive tried different times and different days of the week to no avail. Move on... drive to the next one

I suggest that combos become more appealing when you can substitute items , for example the zinger should have the option of replace the fry for small mash or green beans
