We always come to this place and the portions have always been fair. We went in today and there was a female manager that charged me for a large portion when i had explained to her that i ordered a small. She compared my orders of a deluxe and mexican and i explained that the mexican brings beans and cheese, therefore looks larger. She then went off on the servers infront of the customers questioning their serving portions. She explained to me that the company expects a certain number of orders per box of chicken. Poor management is definitely the reason i dont rate this location any higher. Not sufe if Ill be back or where the future of this location is headed.

Should be called rice chicken, because chicken is the least thing you will see on your plate. After they chop the chicken they put on those stupid measuring cups and scrape off the top. Honestly you dont even get a quarter of a chicken breast. It is ridiculous. I used to love chicke chicken, now i wont get there even it is free and Ive told everybody that I know to avoid this place. I hope they go out of business for being so cheap.

Theres nothing to like about this place standing in line for 15mins cause the cook who is the Manager is SLOW Even the delivery option is not worth it. Took them 2 hours to even bring my delivery"the guy is still on his way" (I live 10mins away with traffic and accidents from the plaza) canceled my order drove there and they wanted to charge me. I order pizza Hut next door who get more deliveries they come in 30mins .never again

Honestly compared to other chicken kitchen this is way way behind I used to come here like 10 years ago they havent dont any renovations they use to sell whole chicken now the machine is off I feel for the people that work there it seems like they want to offer a better service but it seems that the owner and the administration give up on the place years ago

If would give 0 star if google allowed that. It is the most horrible food I had since I was born. I ordered a large meal, and they only give me less then a half piece of chicken breast. The worst thing was, this little piece was over cooked, some parts were even black. Servers are unfriendly.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. HORRIBLE place, HORRIBLE service. The food was disgusting and the "sauce bar" looks like the sauce has been sitting there for days. This place should be shut down. And NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH. THIS IS AMERICA. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH.

I would never go back to this place they charge me $.99 for extra cheese and $.49 for sour cream ansd also they charge me for extra tomatoes this is ridiculous for the price I paid for 1 plate of food here I could of pay for 2 at chipotle

This is the worst Chicken Kitchen I have ever been to! They want to pile on the yellow rice but hardly give you a taste of the chicken. The price you pay should include the chicken. I will never go there again!

I would not give any star to this place. It is very dirty, we could not find any clean table to sit. There were 3 boys working there and preparing food without gloves, cleaning and texting at the same time.
