I just ordered a sub and large $2.36 drink online. My husband picked it up for me through the drive thru. When he got home he realized the drink was only half full. Now I dont like to complain but this is the second time this store messed up my order. Last time we got 2 large subs 2 kids meals and a drink for us. They didnt give us the chips for the kids meals and wouldnt have given us the drinks if we didnt say something. So I called the store tonight to say something since this is the second time and the boy that answered was very apologetic and offered me a free sub next time. 10 minutes later the manager calls me back to inform me that she is "confident that the drink was filled to the brim" and to call the owner and let him know. Are you kidding me how professional is it to call a regular customer back to call them a liar! Really!!!!! I didnt even ask the boy for anything he offered. Well guess what you just lost a regular customer and anyone else I can tell not to go to this store. It may not matter that much to you but Im sure someone will read this review and decided to spend their hard earned money elsewhere and I hope they do!

Arrived at 9:03 and the doors were locked they seen me outside upset and came outside and offered to serve me even after hours. These guys are the best so friendly and nice. Jakob evendors recommended a sauce to try on my sub even tho I was taking up valuable closing time for them. Thanks so much guys!

Quick and easy sandwich shop with a fire fighter theme from those who first promoted the idea. Many of the offerings are served hot. Nice array of hot sauces are available. I really like their sale of used pickle buckets, the five gallon type for two dollars.

food is good but had to wait over twenty five minutes for take out after calling order in and was told order would be ready in twenty minutes had to wait another twenty five once i arrived

Had to wait 15 minutes for a simple sub and 4 people standing around doing nothing wont come again with that kind of service. Could have had a pizza made faster and waited!

Definitely didnt like the moist bread. I dont know why they heated it..but I prefer a fresh cold cut with fresh bread and the price was ridiculous. Not going back there.
