WHATS IN THE BOX MAN?! (Every time I go there I say that in my head.) I love this place both for the food and for the mission, hopefully we can see more local businesses supporting social missions. Everyone gets the chicken & waffles and it is really awesome. Little bit of bacon, not too much syrup. Its a great sandwich--all their sandwiches are a nice size: eatable but wont make you fall asleep in 15 minutes. Id also recommend the cuban and the Mojo Pork, which has tostones and chimichurri. The Southwester and Chicken Spinach Caesar are also great and what Ive been doing lately. The are jam packed. Also! Their soup is awesome! They rotate the selection and, although hot soup on a hot day just sucks, its totally worth sweating a little bit because it rocks. Ive tried most of their sides and theyre good too, especially the desserts. Everyone who works here is incredibly nice too, theyll walk you through the menu.

Best cheap lunch Ive had downtown. Wont be winning any awards but if youre looking for a bargain its the best Ive found in the area. Spicy cucumber salad was phenomenal. Muffaletta sandwich was good as well, but the ciabatta roll wasnt a muffaletta roll and was a bit stale tasting. Potato/asparagus salad was tart, not spoiled tasting, but not to my liking. Even with the criticism the positive were overwhelming considering the price point in the area.

Love this place! The food is always amazing - this weeks special was a ham and salami sandwich with 2 types of cheese on chibatta bread. They also have healthier options like gourmet salads and lots of yummy desserts. A good price for all the food you get, plus all the proceeds go to Metropolitan Ministries. Its a shelter for homeless families in Tampa and one of my favorite local charities.

AMAZING! I had my wedding catered by Inside the Box Cafe. The food was delicious; on time; fresh; and plenty. They gave us plenty of forks, dishes, napkins and serving utensil too. Im eating their leftovers right now. Still fresh after 2 days. If you dont know how to order, Shelly will guide you through it. Thank you.

I eat here 2-3 times a week. Their sandwiches are delicious with fresh ingredients, and reasonably priced. I always received the friendliest services from the girls up front. If youre in downtown Tampa looking for a great place to eat, this is for you. Supporting a great cause is the cherry on top.

ITB is awesome!!! We recently had them cater a lunch meeting at our office and everyone was so impressed by the presentation of the Executive Box lunches and the delicious food! The staff was a pleasure to work with. My company will definitely be ordering from Inside The Box again! Overall amazing!
