The food is awesome. However, the employees are not. We have come so many times and always get horrible service. Today, there was no one at the counter and only the cook. We waited for at least five minutes without anyone saying anything. Finally, The girl came from the back, acknowledged us only to say that, shell be with us in a minute. Then, turned to the cook and started to talk to him in Spanish and wait on an order to take to someone. Then, when she came back, there was zero apologies for making us wait.

Perhaps I expect food to cost less than it actually does, but I was personally not that impressed with the prices here. The burger was ok. I got a TON of toppings, which did not cost any thing extra. That was cool. However, for the price, I honestly cant taste the difference in their fancy-schmancy-Japanese-super-duper-nowhere-else-on-earth-elite ground beef and a McDonalds slab of meat, except that the McDonalds cheeseburger tasted better to me.

Youll pay more than you expect here, but its EASILY the best fast food burger in the Tampa Bay area. The buns are amazing, the beef is tender and flavorful, the french fries are perfectly crispy and everything is so consistent. They recently changed from Coke to Pepsi, so they lose a few points with me, but I think Ive heard somebody say they dont mind Pepsi once before, so theres that. The service is also very good here.

Family of four, 2 kid hamburgers, 1 kid mac and cheese, 1 adult buger, 1 fries with cheese and chili, 4 drinks soda/tea ($9 and change) total = $43.00. For a small step above fast food and below average quality the value/utility is just not worth the money. Square One and Five Guys much better value proposition/value.

Weve come here twice but left feeling unsatisfied. Both times their burger seems to be greasy and makes the bun so soggy. Their fries are good but nothing that you cant get at most places. I left feeling just really gross all night. On the positive side, great customer service,and its easy and quick.

ha, the burgers are huge! Really good steak-burgers. Their staff is on-point and even checked up on me after I got my food to make sure everything was okay. Like a full-service restaurant atmosphere at a fast-food style place. I will definitely be visiting here again the next time I am in town!

Awesome QUALITY ingredients. Did anyone else see the guy who said square 1 has better prices? Are you joking? Five guys, maybe, if you get baby food, but square 1??? You dont know quality food, and clearly havent been to square 1 in a while, because it isnt cheap.. I love you burger monger.

The burgers here will blow your mind. My burger was so juicy and succulent. My mouth is watering just talking about it. Cant wait to return for another one. Mondays there only a $5 spot. You definitely get bang for your buck, with these burgers . Go check it out, it wont disappoint.

Ever have delicious Wagyu or Kobe Beef? At Burger Monger its called "Akaushi Beef" and is the same exact thing. (They just cant call it "Wagyu" or "Kobe" because those are trademarks). Bite into a Burger Monger burger and you will see what youve been missing your whole life.

Ordered burger monger with toppings. Burger was juicy and filling. Split 1/2 lb fries and cheese. Cheese was a bit solid and chunky. Meh. Fast service. Fair priced. They have daily specials and specialty burgers which also looked good. Booth seating and high chair seating.

Nobody makes a burger as tasty as Burger Mongers! The natural flavor shines through without any condiments or additions. And their malts are to die for! Sadly, the store in Brandon closed and I now have to travel to South Tampa. Puts all other burgers to shame!

Id compare this to a Five Guys from a selection and expectation standpoint. Ultimately didnt find to be anything to write home about but if youre looking for a slightly better burger than fast food, go for it, just be ready to pay the premium.

My favorite burger chain in the Tampa Bay area. They offer gluten free buns which is not that common. I honestly like everything about this place more than its counterpart at 5 guys. Id choose Burger Monger any day. Highly recommended.

Had burger, chicken sandwich, and fries to go... not good. Fries were really soggy, even in a paper bag. The flavors for both chicken sandwich and burgers were weird - just a completely different style, non-traditional flavors.

Had a to-go order. Fries were cold and overcooked. Bread on burger was soggy and greasy. Didnt feel like going back in and waiting for them to fix it. Why even send food out like that to a customer? Especially with their prices!

Really great, flavorful juicy burger with lots of fresh delicious toppings. Really good fries. I ended up paying a good chunk of changes, but I think its about average for the style and quality of this joint.

Wow! Try it, youll like it too. Cut on make your burger. And, this isnt everyday burger meat. Yum. I saw decent desserts. And, had a giant house speciality salad that was great. Its now a favorite.

I went to the neptune location and I wasnt happy when the cashier with no gloves after handling money was the one who touched and wrapped my burger that wasnt good service. Wont be going back.

I just had my first sandwich at Burger Monger. It is definitely a better tasting burger than anything I could get at Mac Donalds, Burger King, or Wendys. Very tasty. BEST BURGER IN TOWN.

A la carte burger joint that gives you the option to build your own burger they way you want with fresh toppings and savory ground beef. Definitely worth the money and the taste.

Always great service here, no wait, plenty of parking right by the entrance. Handful TVs but also quiet and cozy in the evening. Monday and Wednesday deals are our favorite.
