This place is the most dramatic place you can go to other than an adult dance club. A couple of months ago I was in there enjoying some beer and there was a boyfriend Andrew and his girlfriend spat between a customer and the bartender. I should not even know that name but since he called the bartender the C word and she repeated his name over and over again its hard not to forget it. One of the customers there at the time actually wrote a message to wing house corporate while we were sitting there. The last time I was there when the bartender was there she said he was banned. I was ecstatic. Since then when my wife and I go in there or if I come in by my self there hasnt been to much else going on other than the drunk spats between customers. This in and of it self should be limited as this place caters to families for some reason. And then you have this last Friday night when my wife and I went in to have some drinks. We are sitting at the bar and this guy that cursed the bartender out who was supposed to be banned is now back and drunk and belligerent and the management after being told by another customer refused to remove him. I over heard the manager telling the customer that they arent allowed to do anything. So, I presume that business is so good that they dont care about losing a party that comes in quite often. My observation as a business owner is that the Senior Management here is p... poor. They have no idea what is going on there and the lack of professionalism that can be attributed to the staff in their store. Those of us that go here a couple of times a week have seen the drop in service, girls, and professionalism. Its clearly seen on other rating sites like yelp as well. Allowing boyfriends into a bar that are causing drama is just plain silly. Drama can be avoided if managers did their job.

Our food was great. Our service was complete garbage. Took 42 minutes to get our food. We were informed that they were really busy when we arrived, but more than half the tables were empty. The waitress, Alixandra was obviously dating the young manager. She spent more time flirting with him than serving customers. The place was hot, had to ask twice to get the fan turned on. Drank 2 pitchers of beer, but had to ask twice (once to server, once to manager, for a glass of water. These kids need a grown up to come in and teach them how a business should operate.

Wing House Sanford is our go to place for wings. We have choices here is Sanford but for best quality and consistency, we always end up at Wing House. We sit at the bar and service is always good, even if the place is busy. Lots of regulars that will make conversation or leave you to yourself. Weve branched out on the menu and tried some other fare and Wing House does a good job but the wings are our favorite. We like the atmosphere here and have dinner and beers here about once a month, never have had a bad experience or left disappointed.

Been coming here on and off for the past 13-14 years. Service and food quality varies from time to time, but does not swing to any extreme of good or bad, so I come back when the mood hits. Usually the bartenders and at least one waitress smile and look like they are happy to be here. Others seem confused or half-asleep. Plenty of TVs and regular patrons. Always find it odd that there is a kids menu and kids merchandise. This isnt an adult business, but I dont consider it family dining either.

Awful experience. Took 10 minutes to get us our 4 drinks we asked for. The lady we had never asked if any of us wanted another drink. She wrote down our orders wrong. 3 were wrong and I asked for no tomatoes and I opened my burger with tomato seeds everywhere. Disgusting. Instead of asking us if we wanted another drink she was chatting with her co workers for about 20 minutes. Wouldnt reccomend it.

The only good thing about this place and most of the other Winghouses.. beer and babes. The food is terrible. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad on two separate occasions and each time it on gave me the worst puke-n-poo fest ever imaginable. They also need to have hand sanitizer available and clean off the tables better.

The service was extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to get a beer cause the waitresses were complaining about something the manager had said instead of taking care of the customers. The kitchen took forever to cook my food and forgot my fries. Worst dining experience ive ever had. I wont be going back there ever.

Came a month ago worst time ever told management about it they invited me back for free and Im here now the service is great way better than last time and food is great also Im very happy with what they have done to make things right great place great people just one bad apple

The manager should be fired. You cant even get fries with your sandwich with an upcharge, you have to order them separate. Beer is stale, food is mediocre at best. They charge for blue cheese even if you order 50 wings. Its actually comical how bad this place is.

Food was bland and expensive for what you get especially since they wanna give you chips with everything and charge extra for fries. But they do have nice and beautiful women which is the only reason they are getting the rating 3 star rating.

First time for lunch ,the good,nice naked wings blackened sauce and awesome steak fries,the bad ( for management) I was sitting outside,dirty (empty) tables and patio covered in sigarets buds!!Elaine is awesome.

The food here is decent but the service was terrible. Our waitress Chelsea seemed more interested in flirting with my husband than she was in actually providing quality service. We will never eat here again..

Worst service . Ordered wings and it took 90 min. Got 3 sodas and NO REFILS then got home and was sick for three days. Contacted management and nothing contained corporate. Nothing so my advice STAY AWAY

The have a new menu now (1/2017) with a lot of options. I liked the burger but it was nothing special. My friends ordered the fish plate which was huge and the chicken that was also huge.

They dont stop serving alcohol even if you should be cut off, I had a drunk asked me for a wing as I was eating what the hell !!! Poor management- St Patricks day !!!

Decent in price if you dont mind decently long wait and decently bad food. Staff turns over weekly so dont expect the same greetings or treatment everytime you go.
