Went on a Saturday afternoon while on vacation in the Orlando area. It was a beautiful day so we sat on the deck. The setting was awesome and view was fantastic. However, after sitting down we waited for a server to greet us, we waited and then continued to wait. After 23 minutes a server finally came over and took our drink order. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and the we waited again for someone to help us. We joked with other patrons that we felt like we were in an episode of Bar Rescue. We later found out that there was only one server and a bar tender working for the entire restrauant. This is clearly a management failure as the two staff that were working were doing the best they could. I would have given them a one star but the atmosphere was amazing and the drinks were good. I doubt this establishment will be back on our next trip if changes arent made.

We showed up just about 12:10. The server did not greet us for the first 10 minutes. Ordered drinks and waited another 10 minutes before the server came back. We ordered wings that had no taste what so ever. In fact, after the food was dropped off, she never followed up to make sure the food was good. When we sent them back, she told us the flavor we ordered was not even in stock. The salad that was ordered had cucumbers which she later comes back to tell us there are none in stock... again after have ordering about 20 minutes later! We sent the wings back.... waited another 10 minutes and just decided to call it a quits. Its now 1:40 and we just left. Horrible service and food. We will not be back.

First time here. After we sat at the bar, servers just passed us by and didnt even acknowledge us. Didnt gave us menus until, I had to ask the hostess to give us menus and ask if there was any assistant at the bar. At this point we were over it and we were ready to walk out until one server that wasnt even supposed to assist at the bar came to us and her name is FAITH.... her first day working there. Awesome Lady. I do have to say everything we ordered was sooooo good!!!! Coconut shrimp, tostones with chicken and fish brusheta. Good food and for sure! Service....... naaaaaat so much! But FAITH save the day!!! Thank you so much Faith!!!!!!

It took them 45min to get me my drink after several inquiries on how Id like it and it wasnt even at ALL busy.finally,when I did get it,it was wrong and horrible.I then ordered a whiskey,straight up.confusing I know,...I was asked several times if I want it on rocks.received it chilled.at that point,whatever! Owner didnt comp anything.it was slow! No need for this! I will NEVER go back or recommend others ti go either.Im a simple customer.they have communication issues and customers arent the priority

Nice host and nice place but waited 20 minutes for ou drinks on a very slow day. After our wait, 10 more minutes went by until our appetizer came...which was wrong. 10 more minutes came our correct one. Waitress never came and took our order. Told hostess we wanted our check. Our waitress finally came over and apologized for forgetting we were there. Excuse of "understaffed". Well I am a small business owner and to me giving excuses instead of asking how to rectify is what is appropriate.

Shipwrecked is the most happening place in kissimmee . The family atmosphere with great food and loving staff makes this place one of the best dining experiences. The detail to your taste buds and also the ambiance made it an enjoyable experience for me. Music, good food, all patrons basically talk to eachother because the environment is soo friendly. I am going to keep returning to eat and jam with them again. The music definitely is another aspect that made this place official.

What the owner did for my family was unbelievable. My brother was getting married outdoor at lakefront park. It poured with rain and thunder. The owner allows us to do the ceremony here, accommodating the guest in an area to perform my brothers wedding ceremony. His staff was amazing as well. Thank Luis for his help as well. Love the place.

Love the atmosphere, the view, the food and Scott, our wonderful waiter! The fish dip and bruschetta is out of this world! All the food we have had here has been terrific! Scott was the best, so friendly and attentive! Sabrina came over and checked on us and was very friendly. I highly recommend Shipwrecked in The Island!

Amazing food!! I didnt like my salad though & I loveeeeee salad. The only bad things is a little slow on serving my boyfriend & friend wasnt happy with the wait I guess I wouldnt say it was a slow wait it was pretty long. But the food is so awesome would come back & pick the lady server shes very fast.

Food was greasy,bartenders are horrible you can tell they dont have experience. I saw a bartender use their teeth because she couldnt open a bottle. The bartenders boyfriend sitting at the bar hollering at her while she worked. To many people to wave them down. As they waited for drinks.

Highly recommend. Staff was friendly! Stopped in to eat here with my pup and boyfriend. We sat on the patio by the bar. I ordered a filet minion. It was very delicious and juicy. Definately worth the wait for the time it took to come out. Will definitely be going back! L

Admittedly we only came here for drinks during a round of hunting for Pokemon- but we ended up staying for a great lunch. Frozen pina colada was great, as were the carnitas and the lobster quesadilla. Will definitely be back on our next visit to Lakefront Park!

Disappointing. Small menu and two items were not available. Staff are friendly but not well trained. Food was not very appetizing. If you are looking for a bar near the Lakefront, this may be an option, but cannot recommend as a restaurant.
