CLERMONT LOCATION - WOW! What a disappointment! They were not very busy but the food took a very long time to come out. The two salads and wrap that were ordered by our group were pretty good. The french fries and tater tots serve with the other meals were horrible. The tater tots were way overcooked. The fries were black and soggy. I asked for the manager who I probably could have flagged down on my own had I known he was a manager. He was sitting down (butt on a table top) almost the entire time we were there talking to the same customers. He was dressed in jean shorts and a white t-shirt. Casual clothing is okay but I would expect the GM of a business, especially a new restaurant, to be dressed a little nicer. He came over and asked that we bare with them as they were still new. I can deal with that. Things sometimes take a while to get going in a new business. However, I would never have expected him to leave us saying "Enjoy your meal!" Seriously! I just told you that the tater tots were way over cooked and the fries were soggy and burnt. Oh yes! He had to hurry back over to sit down and talk to the only customers in the whole restaurant that he had talked to our entire TWO hour visit. Definitely will not be hurrying back to this place anytime soon....if ever! By the way, two people in our group had the burgers. They were decent but nowhere close to the Best Burgers in town. They were not anything special and definitely did not justify the price of $11 and $13. I think the other owners better get involved quick if they expect to make it in Clermont.

We visited Graffiti Junktion on a sunny Sunday afternoon, thinking it would be nice to sit somewhere outdoors. The restaurants location at Hyer and Washington in Thornton Park is perfect for a cafe, but seems cursed (so many other eateries have come and gone in that same spot). The new Junktion is no different. A very long wait for service ended with a server who seemed somewhat put out by the fact that we wanted to order drinks and then mull over our food options. He never returned to take that order. We flagged down another waitress, placed our order and then waited roughly 30 minutes for a burger and salad. The wait was not worth it. Overall, Graffiti Junktion seems to be more about style than substance (or service). Flooded with indie hipsters, most with dogs next to them at the restaurant, the place seems to love itself much more than we were able to. It was no consolation that the manager/owner was much more interested in flirting with a couple young girls at an adjacent table than ensuring we had an even-passable experience. Our huffy waiter eventually returned and apologized profusely for our terrible experience, even before we had a chance to mention it. If you simply cant resist the kitsch value of PBR in a can, tattoed and pierced waitstaff, or patrons ironically wearing adidas jogging outfits older than themselves, then enjoy the new place. Otherwise, steer clear; the curse remains unbroken.

CLERMONT LOCATION - Youd think during your first week of business that youd do anything and everything to make your potential repeat customers happy and youd make sure your food was as good as the reviews for your other locations claim, but not this place! Burgers were bland & over-priced. Ive had a better burger at Wendys. Fries were disgusting, burnt and soggy! Tots were overcooked to the point of being chip-like. We complained to the Manager who we found out is also part-owner but he didnt even offer to replace or comp anything, just told us thank you for the input and enjoy your meal. The manager didnt even have a name tag or anything that even identified him as working for Graffiti Junktion, he was just in a plain white undershirt and jean shorts. WILL NOT go back to this business ever. Over-priced crappy food.

This place just opened in College Park and its a disaster. The waitresses are young idiots who dont know the first thing about customer service. My date got a burger with toppings, and 45 minutes after ordering, it came out of the kitchen without the toppings. The waitress said she needed to take it back into the kitchen for the manager to verify there werent toppings on it so she could remove the charge from our bill, and when she came back the bun had her thumbprint in it!!! Another waitress spilled a tray of glass drinks and shards of glass flew all over our table, into our drinks and on my lap!!! And then they charged my date when he ordered another beer b/c his first beer had GLASS in it!!! This place is a total trainwreck!

Dont sit on the porch. The servers will leave you out there to rot and die. Twice in a row Ive had very negative experiences sitting outside. In both instances an employee has come by with menus, thrown them on the table, and run off before you can even say hello or ask for water. The first time we waited 20 minutes before seeing our server, the second we waited 20 minutes before walking out. Random employees would walk by and ignore the guests, not to mention I havent seen anyone smile there- EVER. World of Beer was just a 5 minute walk and on our way to the table we were greeted by no less than 5 very friendly servers/hosts. The menu was identical. We wont be returning to Graffiti Junktion at this location.

A place to go for TV screens and beer. Burger I had was undercooked. I took my chances though. A friend asked for it to be cooked well done, they said they dont cook over medium...really? Shouldve asked them to cook it medium, and then leave it on the grill for two more minutes, ridiculous. Server always seemed to be in a rush and checking on us but walking away before I could finish my sentence. It was slow in the restaurant. They have decent appetizers. Its a chain restaurant but I wish Thornton Park had eateries that people could truly rave about. Mediocre at best. Come here for sports and loud atmosphere.

Very busy atmosphere. Walked in to place a Togo order and bartender took 5 mins to acknowledge us at the bar. There were 2 bartenders... Continued to order food after picking up a menu from waiter stand. Then 15 to 20 minutes later I had my order in my hand. The mozzarella sticks were very dry and a weird breaded texture. The sin city burger ordered medium was very pink on the inside. (Fresh jalapeños made quite the difference) YOURE A BURGER PLACE!!!! HOW CAN YOU MESS UP A BURGER?!

I wouldnt have eaten there if I noticed that my glass had black gunk at the bottom of my cup of water. I had already ate half of my burger before I noticed the cup was very dirty. Also the beer on tap was flat. The glass cup was not properly cleaned. Burgers are my favorite food. I dont think this place has very good burgers. The burger tastes like meatloaf. The waitress was always in a rush. Seem she was too busy to give me proper customer service. I would not go there again.
