Awesome service! We ate at this Outback tonight rather than the Altamonte location because we were tired of the poor service. Well, let me tell you, we were so pleased that we did. Heather was our server. She had 4 tables seated one right after the other, and she handled it like a champ. She made sure to let each table know that she would be right with them, and then did. She went from one table to the next and tookd drink and app orders and made sure everyone was happy. She never got upset or complained, she smiled and made each table feel like they were special. My steak came out rare instead of medium, and the manager made sure it was taken care of. When they brought my steak back it was now medium well. They insisted on making a whole new steak. Not only did they replace my steak, but the whole plate was fresh. I was so impressed with their customer service. I wont waste anymore time at the Altamonte location hoping that everyone is having a good night ever again. This is my new location!

We were a party of 4, myself,my husband and my parents. My mom and I ordered sweet teas, my husband ordered lemonade, the lemonade was pink lemonade they advertise yellow lemonade. Mine and my moms teas came unsweetened, had her take them back for sweet teas and came back again unsweetened. We placed a order for the sampler platter at the same time we ordered the drinks, 45 mins later it came to us, it was fries, fried Mac and cheese balls , and some pieces of the blooming onion. Our dinner showed up 10 mins after the appetizer, mine and my husbands were fine but my parents were not. My pop ordered his steak med. Well it came back bloody, my mom ordered hers well done it came back med. Rare. Both of those were sent back. When they came back moms was correct but my pops was not. Long story short total meal was about 150.00 it was horrible, we will never go back. The waitress done her best to accommodate us and we fully understand it was the kitchen that made the errors.

Well. I went there today about 4 pm to have an early dinner and since i was craving steak i decided to give this place a shot. There werent busy and there were a lot of empty tables and wait staff. So the host ask me how many people in my party and i said just one . ok so the guy looked at me like im from mars and said i dont know let me asked the waitress to see if ok with her to wait on me ? What? So im like ok the people before me just told him where they want to be seated and he was accommodating with them so Whats the different with me? Anyways i said ok i wait so i saw him from the distance talking with the waitress and looking at me but after that i waited another 3 minutes for him to come back and let me know if was ok for me to be serve by the waitress so i left. So there 10 minutes of my life wasted. I felt unwelcome. I would not recommend this location to no one .

This place is awesome! I order by phone with a to-go menu they gave me one time. I get the 6 oz sirloin steak with the half pound of snow crab legs for 15.99. The steak is cooked medium and is so delicious! It melts in your mouth. The crab legs are the best Ive ever had and so fresh. I get mashed potatoes, loaded for only a dollar more. My boyfriend gets the huge pork porterhouse and I just stare at him in amazement as he eats the whole thing with fries and mashed potatoes. The fries ate surprisingly good. He has found the porterhouse is best cooked medium. We joined the dine rewards program and now we always get our fourth meal half off. They always include bread and butter in my order. And never mind the smell of marijuana emanating from my vehicle as they take my payment using my debit card. I always tip well.

Visited twice last month, and wish I hadn’t. First time, felt ignored at the bar. Took forever for them to take my order and soda glass was unfilled most of the night. Second time, they forgot completely about me. A side salad took over 15 minutes to come out, then my entrée was grossly under-cooked after I complained how long it was taking. Manager on duty tried to shift the blame to me. The small discount he offered was hardly worth the frustration. After writing to management, the proprietor called me and wasted my time for over 10 minutes on the phone, “so he knew how to retrain his staff.” He said he wanted to apologize personally and send me something in the mail. Three weeks later, I have not received anything. Forgotten about for a third time.

Took my two girls here for dinner (3 and 8). Started with a blooming onion, which it seems impossible to mess up a deep fried vegetable, but it was overly greasy and way too salty. Maybe this is standard for Outback Steakhouse? We havent eaten at one in years, but since it was close to the hotel we were stuck at, we chose it over Cracker Barrel. Probably a mistake. Neither of the girls at much of what they brought out. I ordered two steak tacos, which the waitress recommended as a top option, and they were less tasty that something you would get at taco bell. Id rather have saved the 45 bucks we blew here and bought a couple apples and a jar of peanut butter. It would have been healthier and way tastier.

One of the worst meals Ive ever had! The fish had absolutely no flavor the crab cakes were 60% filler and 100% salt, they were inedible after the first two bites. The blooming onion was soggy and wouldnt come apart. The only good thing was the mac and cheese and the curbside service. The total came out to $43 and some change and it was the worst way I could of spent the money. Typical chain restaurant right off the interstate that overcharges for minimal food and pumps out tables as fast as they can. 10/10 will not return. I have to drink a gallon of water to flush out my throbbing kidneys now.

The other reviews dont know that they are talking about. This place is amazing! They get your food to you fast and fresh! Every time I go there, food Is always hot and tastes good. Especially their steak and veggies! Their bread is soft and delicious, along with the butter with it! The steak is cooked to perfection, and the flavors in it are amazing! I come here as often as I can! I would recommend this place to anyone who likes fast, freash food, along with perfection cooking! The price is a bit high, but worth it.

Outback used to be good, not anymore. Six of us dined there this week and it was a waste of $200. The blooming onion was almost burnt and soggy, 4 of us had loaded potatoes but all they came with was a glob of butter on them. The steaks were EXTREMELY salty and overcooked, not to mention small. I order the 13oz ribeye but it was barely 1/2 thick. The waitress apologized but we never saw the manager nor anything taken off the bill. Very disappointed and will not be back there again.
