I usually go to this panera all the time but recently I had ordered a bacon turkey bravo & i asked for no sauce but I got even extra which made the sandwich Disgusting & by that time a manager came which I had asked for 5 min before I lost my appetite meanwhile the manager "Audri" was really rude & disrespectful towards me she didnt really act like she cared that my sandwich was made wrong I will NOT come back to this panera ever again because of the disrespect that I was given by a manager so unprofessional she even argued back & forth with me but if you love to argue I would definitely complain about something to that manager .

Dont get me wrong the food is good, nothing to rave about. The decor is nice but i have no idea how they mark themself one $ symbol, they are expensive for what you get, and one thing i dont understand is i get food from them about every other day and order the same thing (steak and white chedder panini) and everytime it is different lengthsand amount of steak and cheese and sometimes cold in the center. They are quick at fixing any problems i give them that. But they need to be more consistant and i would add another $ symbol for Panera Bread because they are pricey

The food is not bad, the cashiers need some customers service training. Went there last week and I went back yesterday, the cashiers give you want they want to not what you order. After I placed my order and went to pick up I was told oh we are out of it. The same thing happen twice in two weeks. I went and order a sandwich with egg for breakfast and was told oh we are out of eggs. This happen three time, how can a restaurent that serves breakfast run out of EGGS.

I ordered and egg white avocado spinach sandwich and there was no avocado and half of an egg. I ordered to go so I couldnt go back and order a remake. The people that work there seriously dont know what they are doing. I watched her take the sandwich of the pannini press and throw away the avocado and egg that fell out of it. Have common sense and remake the sandwich if the egg and avocado fell out. I will never go back to this horrible panera ever again.

Bread was burnt, turkey was over cooked and cold, almost like it had come out of a can. Potato soup was bland, strawberry smoothie was tart and tasteless, it didnt taste like strawberries or a smoothie, but more like a waterd-down yogurt substitute. Way over priced for the quality of the food. Walked out. Recommend never eating at a Panera Bread again. Third bad experience with 3 different Panera Breads.

Panera is normally a great place. I go to them quite frequently in Jacksonville and never have issues. This one in Sanford had me wait for 20 mins for a sandwich. I placed a rapid pickup order and still had to wait. This has never been an issue before. I dont know what happened with the service here. Ill update this review if I ever go back.

The staff is always friendly and attentive at this location. The one issue I have (perhaps not specific to this location but all Paneras) is the way they toast the bagels. On a consistent basis my bagels have come out more burned than toasted. That said, I still come to this Panera for its atmosphere and ample seating.

I visit this location regularly. The staff is usually pleasant, the food is good, and the wait time is short. I was surprised that they have people get around throwing away your trash for you and checking in on you, as its not like other restaurants where you have a waiter.

I work at an doctor office and we took out lunch from Panera. My coworkers bread on her sandwich was completely burnt, they didnt follow any exceptions we asked for on our salad and the side bread was very hard. Probably wont take out from this panera again.

I enjoy the food here, granted it is priced high for what you get. Staff is friendly and service is fast. Its a chain so you get pretty much what you would expect from a Panera bread.

The Caesar salad is TINY. Minimal chicken. Totally over priced sheer rip off. Pass and get a sandwich for more protein. Almost 9 dollars for the volume of a side salad. Im furious.
