Found this place on Google and came here on a whim so I could escape the boring cycle of Starbucks, McDonalds, and Dunkin Donuts. Found a beautiful place with great customer service, friendly staff, and an ambiance that reminded me of coffee shops in big cities, without seeming faked or forced. Everything is very authentic and natural, especially the coffee! Great, experienced place for having been open for less than a year. Highly recommend!

We were in Sanford for the day and needed a coffee hit. We stopped by Palate and so glad we did. The cappuccinos and expresses are marvelous. We also had their blueberry muffin and that was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful and very relaxing. And the staff are wonderful. This is a great neighborhood coffee house and Sanford has a jewel. It is a great place to hang out.

I stopped by here with a group of friends to grab a quick cup of coffee. The coffee is delicious and the decor is wonderful. Its really a cozy little cafe thats perfect for a quick stop or to chill with friends or on your own. I also love the backstory of all of the volunteers and the profits going to human-trafficking prevention. Very trendy spot that does good for the world at the same time.

The owners and staff are heavily involved within the community. So when you come, you will enjoy quality coffee, free wifi, a cozy atmosphere while supporting your community and a cause.

This is an awesome, independent coffee shop! The coffee is good, there is WIFI, and it has warm, comfy decor. They have a small case of baked sweets and also a couple of snack options. There are a good number of espresso drinks. There are several easy-to-reach outlets if you want to charge a device while you hang out.

Had an espresso and it was nothing to write home about; the beans looked a bit overcooked and I didnt notice anything about region, brand etc. But the atmosphere is awesome and the staff were very kind. All things considered, I really like this place and would recommend stopping in if youre in the area.

Love this little spot in Sanford. The owner is very warm and the atmosphere is inviting! Most importantly, the coffee is fantastic and reasonably priced. Im not even a coffee drink coffee muxh but now I go get a decaf americano here once a week. Its that good!

Pretty good coffee, but the prices are way too high. Anything over $3 for a small cold brew is ridiculous. Last time I was there I had to show the guy behind the counter where the nitro tap was nectar he didnt know what I was asking for (nitro cold brew).

Fantastic! As a coffee lover from Portland, OR it has been incredibly hard to find good coffee in Florida, and palate makes the top 5! So incredibly delicious! And to top it off, they had a bacon maple bar from donuts to go that was calling my name.

Great place to get some tea and coffee! Volunteer run and proceeds go to end sex trafficking. A great cause! Also a great place to hang out, study, or meet fellow Christians. Drinks are always tasty too! Small baked goods are also available.
