Their coffee is weak and nasty like it was made with mop water, the owner is rude and obnoxious and arrogant he tried to kick out the Division of the Blind out of the DeLand Courthouse because they were selling coffee too and most of the reviews are fake there from family, friends and some employees, I know this because I know some people that used to work for him they had to leave because he was rude and lied, he was ripping customers and employees off and during one of the downtown DeLand event a vendor attendee stopped him because he didnt have a armband on he cursed her out and pushed her into the trash and theres actually a police report on it, if you want real coffee with flavor go to Trilogy Coffee on Georgia or go to New Smyrna Beach on North Causeway to Island Roaster Coffee they have the best coffee around ☕, thats a good one I never been inside before so how can I go up there and harass your female employees and and why would I panhandle outside of your store and Im not homeless,Hahahaha

Confusing set-up for first-time visitors - no sign saying to seat yourself, at least not immediately visible. Décor is inviting and unique. Coffee was great, reasonably priced. My French toast was scrumptious, my fiancés egg and cheese bagel was delicious. Would have been 5-star, but our waitress couldnt seem to care about us. Granted, there was a table of 5 near us, but she was short when taking out order, rarely checked in on us, and was overall disinterested. Despite that, I cannot wait to give this place another chance. It is easily be one of the great breakfast places of DeLand and I have faith things will go more smoothly next time.

As a first time visitor, the experience was lackluster at best. As a business boasting full service, one would expect a higher quality of service. Egg salad croissant was good, exactly what the menu described. Espresso in the latte was burnt and not very tasty. I was asked to move away from a moneymaking table--which I understand, but was frustrating to hear that early in the morning before my coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed hearing one of the servers explain that the chipotle sauce is not really spicy, its just flavorful--lol.

Oh the setting of this coffeehouse is exquisite! The rough brick wall, the shades of brown, the paintings and the lighting are all just perfect...if youre fond of that New England vibe. Great music (the right volume, I must add) and good service. Furthermore, the desserts looked so delicious and the coffee was extremely sweet (but note, you can change that). Definitely worth a stop or a 3 hour long talk with a friend as I had.

Excellent espresso, oatmeal, and service. I ordered my beverage with soy instead of milk and my waitress automatically suggested that she could look up any nutrition info I needed to help me avoid dairy when I ordered the rest of my breakfast. Every employee was super friendly and genuinely happy to greet us. I will definitely come back, its completely worth the 25 minute drive from my house.

boston is a great local spot for specialty coffee drinks, but also features a delicious menu of breakfast foods, sandwiches, etc. Can get a little pricey for coffee and a plate, and its almost always bustling, but the servers are friendly and will make sure you are not kept waiting. a must visit while in DeLand

Amazing place! Had a frozen white chocolate frap and a chocolate canoli. AMAZING! Friend of mine got a chocolate bomb. This was pure chocolate and HUGE! Definitely bring some help to eat it. Great quiet spot to relax.

Great coffee and pastries, but the avocado Benedict was sub par and the hash browns a foam block. Customer Service was poor. They were open early AM, and near my destination. Not a place I will revisit or recommend.

Any reason to go through DeLand I love to stop at Boston Coffee House. Their soups, salads, sandwiches, breakfast and desserts are out of this world! But most of all I love my Coca Mocha Joy Frozen coffee sugar free!

Great coffee and cool environment. The prices are a bit steep but that being said, friendly attentive staff and again, the perfect place to go catch up with a friend or talk about a business deal. Check it out.

Great vartery of foods from pancakes and waffles to soups, salads and sandwiches. To panini and wraps. Breakfast much or dinner. Theyve got something your gonna want. Not to mention the assorted drinks.
