I ordered a pizza online at 7:10pm, and after 1hr 10min, the driver called to confirm my house number, he was delivering to the address of the store itself. I make all orders online and have never had a problem, no clue. At 8:30pm I called the store to explain what was happening and after almost 10 minutes, they finally determined that I would have to make a new order. I told them I would just pick it up to save time. I hung up the phone at (8:42) and drove to the store which is less than 10 minutes away. I arrived at (8:50) and after paying (8:53), they grabbed a pizza and presented it to me. Since it had been less than 10 minutes since I hung up the phone, I questioned whether it was a new one or the one that was with the delivery guy. They got snarky said it was a new one, as the other was thrown away. It was luke warm at best and I expressed that there was no way that it was a new pizza, it had to be the one that was made 2 hrs ago. I was aggravated and hungry, and they assured me it was new. While I doubted it completely, I drove off. Before I left the parking lot, it was getting to me that it wasnt adding up. The box bottom of the box was cold. I opened it again and physically put my fingers into it and it was cold. I returned and explained to the manager who I was dealing with that they were absolute liars, and asked for a refund. I set the pizza on the counter and told them that I physically stuck my fingers into the pizza and through the cheese, toppings, and crust... I didnt even receive an apology from the manager, just processed my refund and handed me the refund receipt... PATHETIC! have never been lied to like this, and it is an ABSOLUTE LACK OF INTEGRITY and a complete disservice to a loyal customer. Just unbelievable that they would defraud a customer and provide a completely substandard product. Serving a 2hr old pizza to someone who drove there to pick it up??? Seriously? I hope that Pizza Hut Corporate reviews this and fixes the situation with their atrocious customer service and their lying employees and Managers. The names on the receipts are SHKAYA and YOLANDE, so they were two of those involved and are verifiable liars. I have my receipts with all the times on it to confirm that there is no way that it was a fresh pizza. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut due to their poor food quality, their horrific customer service, their fraud, and their LYING. Just unbelievable. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ive just had the worst telephone experience with a "Store Manager". The ordering process began as scripted. But once I started to ask about specials that werent mentioned in her rehearsed spiel, "Store Manager" Yolanda became irate and rose her voice. After a minute of listening to her rude "Store Manager" training, I hung up, not wanting to be yelled at any longer. I still need the pizza so I call back, but request to speak with someone else. But of course Yolanda "is the only person there". I guess shes taking phone/online orders and making the pizzas too. So, in her "nicest sweetest lady, I dont have one attitude bone in my body" voice, she tells me to just order online. But of course not failing to give me a monologue about how I couldnt understand her accent ... she came from Haiti ... she went to school ... and got herself a job. This is hilarious to me because it had absolutely nothing to do with her rude attitude and yelling at me ... about PIZZA SPECIALS.

My pizza was completely RAW! I called the first time and they offered to send me another one and it was also raw.. like completely gooey and white. the manager told me he personally made it so I made sure to send him back a bag full of raw dough. But the delivery driver was awesome.. super nice and apologetic. I hope corporate makes sure he gets paid for coming here multiple times tonight due to the managers mistakes. Thats the only reason Im writing this.. cause Ill never be ordering from here again..

Been here sooooo many times as its literally 2 minutes from me. People arent the friendliest (but never mean or rude), but both carryout and delivery, Ive yet to have a bad meal. Usually some great deals, too! Edit: Im pretty shocked about some peoples reviews! They must live very far away! Edit2: (changed stars from 4 to 2) Now I see what everyone means. Such a shame because they used to be really good too. Weve definitely had plenty of bad experiences since I first posted this review.

I ordered the $10 special, hand tossed chicken. The order took 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive, and the driver apologized and said he got lost. I opened the pizza and it was cold and hard, crust tased like card board. There were 2 small pieces of chicken on each slice and the pie was only cut twice to make 4 pieces. I complianed to corporate,, never received a call bad. Avoid this place like the plague. I wouldnt even give it 1 star but I have to.

HORRIBLE SERVICE RUN!.....They came has mentioned over the phone in 1hour and 10min but the order was wrong I told them no cheese due to my fiance is allergic to cheese and I clearly told them that... they do not realize the liability this hold against them and when I called to complain they kept me waiting for over 1hour and it was very difficult for me to go in person because I'm in a wheelchair.......

Its a pizza hut. Small front of the house with a single bench, for sitting. I ordered for pick up and it took about 10 minutes due to the kid taking to order being new and erasing my order multiple times. Not the biggest deal but the order was for 2 pizzas with single toppings, and 2 sides so not the most difficult task just shows how effectively they train their employees. Food came out as expected.

Ordered ahead for 6pm. Driver came at 6:30pm. Order was missing Garlic knots and extra sauces. I called store. Manager was rude and said he would give $10 credit. I told him I wanted my knots. He said 2 to 3 hours!! I will NEVER order here again. I never have issues with Papa Johns on Sample Rd. Pizza topings were very sparse. Worse pizza and services ever. 0 stars.

I ordered the $10 BOX ON 2/5/15. Pizza arrived 30 minutes late. Pizza looked old and was not hot. There was NO SAUCE on the pizza. The cheese sticks were dry and hard as well, they also seemed old like they gave me left overs. I didnt eat anything. 3rd time Ive ordered from there:; 1st time was good, next two times were terrible. Never again.

On a Monday it took a hour and a half to get my small order ,I live 5min away driver called when he got lost to get directions,pizza was poorly cooked very greasy and had bubbles ,my pasta had no cause just noodles .very disappointed well never order from this location again
