First time visiting today. The girl at the counter saw me waiting to order never acknowledge my presence. Mind you there was only one other person there. I say for about 10 minutes and noticed someone else walk up and get acknowledged. I asked her of I was standing in the correct place. She said no I should walk to the other side. I asked did she not notice me looking at the menu and waiting for assistance. She shrugged her shoulders and said tee people look at the menu all f the time and dont order anything. I asked for a manager or a card and she made me wait until she finished making her coffee. She served the guest that was waiting ahead f me then said they have no cards, no manager, no contact information. I asked for a number ad she told me to Google them. I asked for her name and she, said Gabriella. She, was rude and the other batista never took her eyes off of her cell phone during this exchange. I will never come here again and happy I never got the chance to spend my money here

Shopping for an Easter dress with my 3 year old granddaughter. Stopped for lunch in the food court. My granddaughter made a mess with a snack and I asked the girl at the counter for a napkin with water on it. She said NO. I said NO? Shes said NO. I asked why? She just said NO. I asked if I could buy one, and she said NO. Not only was she not even polite and offer an explanation, which they must have a reason, right? She was rude and disrespectful. I wont be going there at that mall or any other. That policy doesnt indear business especially in a mall where people shop with kids.

Service is horrible, downright racist. My two year old daughter needed a simple napkin to wipe her little nose and the older woman at the counter told her no with a full stack of napkins behind her and even when I asked the cashier she was about to hand one to me the lady told her not to do it, so I offered to pay for whatever just to get a napkin, ONE freaking napkin. I bought a can of Sprite which I didnt even want so I left it right on the counter. I am frantically searching for a corporate number to contact to make sure this lady at Cafe Con Leche gets her act together

Definitely place is good but today the service is not good the lady in charge with red hair an ponytail gave me attitude and obviously she is not happy with her job not a good customer service she needs to find another job, to bad because the place is good but she ruins the view with attitude.
