okay lets just get into this. The drink was really good but when I paid with my card thats on my phone they charged me an extra five dollars. I went from 27$ to 17$. I had a drink that cost 5.04 so obviously its supposed to go from 27$ to 22$. But no. It went ALLLL the way down to 17$. This is why I give them one star.

Last two times Ive been here the hot drinks have been luke warm and watery. My friends frappucino isnt blended well and is too icy. Would have asked for a remake but we were already gone and doing something else. Dont waste your money.

Not impressed with the service. I dont think its owned by Starbucks, it might be a third-party owner. They dont support any of Starbucks Gold members or offer the same holiday drinks and discounts.

This Starbucks was so packed that I walked in and then out. It seemed like the store was not well kept due to the high volume of traffic and not enough employees to keep up.
